Hi everyone! I'm so confuse of what smart phone i should buy, this Samsung Galaxy 551 or Nokia C6? For the screen resolution Nokia C6 is Hi-Res while galaxy 551 is only WQVGA. But for the processor Samsung got 667 which is faster than Nokia's 434. But i don't like the slow, no eye candy effects resistive touchscreen from Nokia C6, i like the smooth and lots of eye candy capacitive touchscreen from Samsung Galaxy 551. For the web browser Samsung's is much better than Nokia's but lack of flash player, Nokia C6 supports flash player by the way. So what phone do you think i should buy? Both of them are in same price range.

1 week ago i buy the ph..
good:
-sound quality of earphs is amazing.
-display is nice.
- processing is ok
-camera quality is awesome specially wen ur on recording mode.. its shoot like cam..
Bad:
-battery backup is poor specially wen u using gps.
-touch screen is so sensitive..
-sum hours use heat up battery
#i think best ph in this price, if u want to experience android then go with this ph.. & if u are one who is majorly away from charging points then this gadget is not for u

[deleted post]Hi, it cost me Rs.11,259 from The Mobile Store in Powai, Mumbai. But why do you want to buy this phone? I used it for 2 days, the third day its touchscreen got spoilt and I had to return the phone. I'm now planning to replace it with a Nokia phone - despite Nokia's shortcomings, they make some good,long lasting phones. Moreover, capacitive touch screens are very delicate and one has to be tooo careful in using them.

Other than bettery rest all is fine..... can't work even for 1 day if used very nornally.... suggesed to have second battery for emergencies.

i have a problem with the music... moreBy any chance was ,your previous phone a Sony Ericsson.
Yeah its very annoying.Basically the long press of phone is not programmed to the music player.Long press only activates quick mute or quick max.
I dont know if tit can be done but I dont think long press exists.

What does it say in SD card and storage.You have to format it in android before usage.I have used Nokia SDHC and had no problems.

i have bought Galaxy 551.
i have a problem with the music player.
when the phone is locked im not able to change the song using the volume control button. this option is available in all phones i have used. if we keep pressed the volume up button next song will be played... this is not happening in Galaxy 551's case... is this a problem with my phone or its a drawback of Galaxy 551.
please help.
