I buy this phone on 4 october i face fingerprint sensor issue...phone said fingerprint sensor not working restart your phone...can anyone tell me how to solve this problems

i hate this phone so much because of very sluggish update
no update in the last four months now. whereas other a series like the a50 gets regular updates.

1-click on the PHONE icon like if you were to make a phone call.
2-on the top, you will see the word SEARCH and, on the right side, 3 vertical points: click on the points > SETTINGS (click on this) > ANSWERING & ENDING CALLS > turn off PRESS POWER KEY TO END & the other 3 settings.

Double tap: go to SETTINGS > ADVANCED FEATURES > MOTIONS & GESTURES > DOUBLE TAP TO WAKE. Since the fingerprint sensor is a sensor, it must be clean. For example, I work with grease and I must clean it every so often. The best for this purpose is the toilet paper. You can count not only on the fingerprint on the A20, but also on the double tap

So bad experience. My samsung A20 age is only 16 days but Frequently fingerpprint sensor dose not worked. And frequently my phone do hang. I am so upset for A20. Please anyone give me any opinion for solved this.

I got my Samsung A20 for 3 weeks now so here's my honest review:
1st - when you first touch the phone, without downloading yet any applications, it runs smoothly and snappy in opening basic task such as the browser, the email, inbox and dial pad. After you download applications such instagram, messenger, games such as mobile legends the phone will tend to lag even if you have 18G of internal storage avaible. I had a previous phone Oppo A3S with a 2GB Ram and 16 GB ROM, it even runs smoother evem loaded with a lot of applications.
2nd - the speaker does not give you enough volume even if you're in a silent room. You have to turn the volume on its maximum capacity to fully enjoy a movie or a youtube video. The sound varies on what application are you using.
3rd - the icons of the applications are blurry. No matter how many free downloadable icons samsung have the icons is still blurry.
4TH- own personal opinion, the screen is too much for me. No matter how low the brightness , changes the contrast , the screen really hurts my eye.
5th - it is too slow in opening any application. If you open youtube it will take 6 to 10 seconds or more before its loading. Not only on youtube but it applies to any downloaded or built-in application.
6th - the front camera is blurry and does not take a descent picture no matter how good the lighting is.
7th - I do not recommend this phone. TOTALLY! It's not worth the money.
