It is fast charging, so thats why it is quite fast drained out.
but overall OK, the price is not expensive but good quality!

I sometimes get no service in some parts of big buildings, but outside it works fine. Some people have complained about the fragility of the screen so it would be wise to at least get a screen protector for it too if you're getting one.

Hello guys. I would love to get this samsung a20 but lately I've been seeing some bad reviews like overheating and network signal issues. Some said it's a good phone while some said it's not. I have checked the specs and I really love everything about the phone. Right now am confused on what to do coz I don't want to buy a phone that would later give me issues. Please i need sincere comments from those that are already using the phone. Pleeeeease.

The main reason (in my opinion) is (most) phone brands don't want you to have your phone fixed because they would rather have you buy a new phone. I wouldn't expect a plastic phone with a glass screen to be "durable" anyway... so if you have one just be as careful as possible and pray that you don't drop it. Of course, a case and screen protector will help greatly.

If glass is glass why does it cost so much to repair the A20. In fact it cost as much as a new phone. It does break very easy. Can not handle even light drops.

using a 20. doesnt dhow battery level on home screen. cant drad contacys to home screen to group them for ease of calling. no other option to close except by using power button. battery drains out faster. a few more disabilities. not worth a dime.

Even the note 10 with gorilla glass 6 can scratch and break, using a tempered glass for protection will make your phone more durable whether against scratches or falls, its always good to have one if you're not changing your phone every year.
My advice tho, don't fall for the scam of the overpriced brands, they're all made from plastic or some hybrid glass, there is no magic, don't buy the cheapest one but don't buy the most expensive one too. A case is also recommended.

I took it to a repair shop and they can't recover my photos and videos. I'm in the process of mailing it to a Samsung service center, hopefully they can fix it.

I bought a new Samsung a20 after three weeks the phone wouldn’t come on. I took it back to Samsung and got a new one and now just after one day the new one wouldn’t come on again after restart. What could be the issue? I feel so sad.
