If glass is glass why does it cost so much to repair the A20. In fact it cost as much as a new phone. It does break very easy. Can not handle even light drops.

using a 20. doesnt dhow battery level on home screen. cant drad contacys to home screen to group them for ease of calling. no other option to close except by using power button. battery drains out faster. a few more disabilities. not worth a dime.

Even the note 10 with gorilla glass 6 can scratch and break, using a tempered glass for protection will make your phone more durable whether against scratches or falls, its always good to have one if you're not changing your phone every year.
My advice tho, don't fall for the scam of the overpriced brands, they're all made from plastic or some hybrid glass, there is no magic, don't buy the cheapest one but don't buy the most expensive one too. A case is also recommended.

I took it to a repair shop and they can't recover my photos and videos. I'm in the process of mailing it to a Samsung service center, hopefully they can fix it.

I bought a new Samsung a20 after three weeks the phone wouldn’t come on. I took it back to Samsung and got a new one and now just after one day the new one wouldn’t come on again after restart. What could be the issue? I feel so sad.

I play games but not a heavy gamer I'm a heavy user I spend most time chatting and surfing the web so which Samsung phone do you recommend for me I need something that is fast and reliable

Be... moreit is an amazing phone, great resolution, great speed... down side is the screen unlocks when it wants while on the phone... like it constantly opens things and muting me... other than that I have not found another issue... my solution was bluetooth headphones while I take a call
