Bennis, 25 Aug 2024I see a lot of people say the... back panel comes off?
I h... moreI won't don't take back this statement.
Reading the other replies, I understand that not everybody dropped the phone in order for the back panel to pop off, but that doesn't excuse others from using the phone too roughly. Neither does this excuse Samsung for selling their product in this state.
Adding to this, I'm not denying the problem, I admit heating from charging is kind of a flop, for the back panel and mostly the phone in general, sometimes the screen it's too hot to touch when charging.
I don't recommend fast charging, but, in my experience, I have alvays used it and the battery is still pretty strong. Also you may want to turn on battery protection, even if you don't use fast charging, to add a little more life to the battery.

Bought mine in Jan/22. Backpanel came off a year later, guess due to the heat generated during charge. Woman from the official samsung technical support had the gall so say to my face that I was the culprit because the phone was "bent" probably because I had "sat" on it. Spoiler: phone was straight as an arrow and I never sat on it.

s35ym., 28 Aug 2024Not all pieces of this model have the problem back panel co... moreWho told all pieces of this model have the problem of back panel coming out ? Don't make things out to suite your agenda. Only you are spamming here relentlessly day and night in denial of this issue faced by many. As said many times before, no amount of denial can hide this back panel quality issue from Samsung in the A52 series of phones. Keep on denying this 1000 times more, the fact remains the same.

Not all pieces of this model have the problem back panel coming out. Many here are spamming here as if this model itself is a flop model. Do not believe them.

I see a lot of people say the... back panel comes off?
I have had this phone since launch and it doesn't look like it has the slightest desire to detach.
Maybe don't drop your phone? In 3 years I only dropped it ~3 times, they were light drops too, yet I hear so many people say that they drop their phones on a daily, most of them IPhones too, which I feel are more sensible to drops than Samsung ones...
I honesly don't get how people drop phones considering they're so important and some of them not exaclty cheap to repair or replace...

s35ym., 22 Aug 2024? was mis typed. What I said was the fact.
If you cannot... moreDo we even speak about same thing? We've been discussing it for a few days. Your statement here sums it up:
"I am using Samsung : A9 pro 2016, A70, two S20 FE 5G, A52s 5G.
The back panel didn't come off.
Problem might come few piece(s). For this, do not blame the model.
Kindly do not believe the spammers."
Etc. further posts, emoji ratngs, etc.
As the opposite, me and other user/s say the issue (whatever you call it) does exist on A52s 5G which is of course a phone model.
Where did you prove your statement above being a fact? Older Samsungs don't matter. You might as well compare to any similar phone, say current Xiaomi.
To anybody else: If you see the first quoted opinion was already backed up, please explain. So I can finally spend my time better.

After reading some comments, I realized that it is a common case for this phone's back panel to come off. Mine have been came off for a while, and I glued it myself rather than gluing it at samsung service center for 12 bucks. -__-
