received another update yesterday after one ui 4.1 seems samsung have fixed battery drain and heat issue phone temperature is optimal relative to outside temperature and battery drain is normal around 1% for 7 min of sot

I'm on One UI 4.0, but I wont update to 4.1, because Samsung will ruin my phone, just to push selling of A53. As simple as that.

"RAM... more1. Here and also in update document Samsung doesn't say literally amount of virtual memory used = amount of storage space used. Even if it's memory compression, it still could take some space as well.
2. Setting itself says: "Select how much memory to provide. This may differ from amount of storage space used." Well, this says amount isn't necessarily same and it uses some storage space.
3. GSMA article and it's source Sammobile cleanly say it's good ol' pagefile.

So I believe RAM Plus IS storage space. It may not allocate space if it's not needed but use it when the phone's memory is full. I never ran out of memory to check it. Have noticed little storage changes with many apps opened.

Great phone in all aspects. Stop complaining. Waiting for One UI 4.1, battery life lasts for 2 days, performance is awesome, the camera takes beauty shots. Everything is smooth while typing, the quality sound while listening to music is superb so plz STOP COMPLAINING.

"RAM Plus uses your phone's storage space to provide virtual memory. Choose more memory to allow more apps to stay open in the background. Choose less virtual memory to keep more storage space free"
Above description suggests that RAM Plus settings will affect my internal storage, but regardless of RAM plus setting (2GB or 6GB) the used and free space on internal storage remained the same.
Looks like you're correct unless Samsung is misleading about available internal space.
