Anonymous, 20 Aug 2023If I'm not mistaken up to 1TB. Higher may not work. It's upto the OS itself & I believe Android since KitKat maybe Lollipop can read more than 1 TB sdcard.

Up to how much gigabytes can be the microSD cards for this phone?
I like filming trains, but since I have the 128GB version, my storage fills very fast and it gives me messages like ''Some features of the Gallery might not work'', ''Not enough storage'' and even a time limit when I make videos (for example 00:00 / 02:15). The phone specs say that the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G supports microSDXC cards, which means up to 2 TB, but I wanna make sure does this phone really support cards up to 2 TB? Some flagships from 2013/14 came with microSDXC cards too, but they surely don't support up to 2 TB, maybe up to 64 or 128 GB.

DINGDONG, 18 Aug 2023has anyone updated with aug security patch update? how is ... moreNot much change. Looks like battery standby time has improved (if you have did these for the apps that you have finished using one time (not whatsapp etc) : force stop, clear cache and removed from the recently opened apps menu)

KuntaPunta, 16 Aug 2023Hey guys, what about RAM Plus feature? Do you use that? Any... moreRam plus uses storage as ram, with ram plus on the phone will be laggier since storage speed is way slower than real ram speed but you will be able to keep more apps in background

Until now I did not experience any problem with my A52s but recently an issue came up. Yesterday and today I needed to restart the phone with volume down and power button as the touching screen were not responding. The phone reacted to side buttons only. Both cases occured after getting a call in my pocket. Has anybody experienced similar issue? Any solution idea?

KuntaPunta, 16 Aug 2023Hey guys, what about RAM Plus feature? Do you use that? Any... moreRAM plus uses the specified capacity as the virtual RAM from the phone memory. You do not require that feature of you force stop and do clear cache of all the unnecessary apps after finished using and removing them from the recent apps menu.

Kolokokoko45, 04 Aug 2023Had this phone for 8 months. It's gotten so slow recen... moreI guess it's a problem with your unit if it was lagging since the time you got it. Have you made sure to disable ram plus? Put unwanted apps to sleep, disable few that you don't use, uninstall bloatware and also the apps that you don't use

Kolokokoko45, 13 Aug 2023Haven't tried a factory reset but tbh, I might just do... moreThe backup to Samsung Cloud as well as Google backup should include most of the settings. You can additionally back up to PC with Samsung Smart Switch.
You will have to re-configure any kind of 2FA password generators or re-add work profile if you used work profile.
Typically the recommendation is for the cleanest reset not to restore anything after wiping the device and manually install and configure the apps you need but up to you if you're willing to make the effort. You can check if your problem persist right after wiping/resetting and after that decide if you want to restore most of the stuff from backup.

Actually I left it in sun for half an hour and now the moisture notification is gone.
It charges but very slowly, took good 2hrs from 0-100 with 25w charger, and no 'super fast charging' text either.
