I see a lot of people say the... back panel comes off?
I have had this phone since launch and it doesn't look like it has the slightest desire to detach.
Maybe don't drop your phone? In 3 years I only dropped it ~3 times, they were light drops too, yet I hear so many people say that they drop their phones on a daily, most of them IPhones too, which I feel are more sensible to drops than Samsung ones...
I honesly don't get how people drop phones considering they're so important and some of them not exaclty cheap to repair or replace...

s35ym., 22 Aug 2024? was mis typed. What I said was the fact.
If you cannot... moreDo we even speak about same thing? We've been discussing it for a few days. Your statement here sums it up:
"I am using Samsung : A9 pro 2016, A70, two S20 FE 5G, A52s 5G.
The back panel didn't come off.
Problem might come few piece(s). For this, do not blame the model.
Kindly do not believe the spammers."
Etc. further posts, emoji ratngs, etc.
As the opposite, me and other user/s say the issue (whatever you call it) does exist on A52s 5G which is of course a phone model.
Where did you prove your statement above being a fact? Older Samsungs don't matter. You might as well compare to any similar phone, say current Xiaomi.
To anybody else: If you see the first quoted opinion was already backed up, please explain. So I can finally spend my time better.

After reading some comments, I realized that it is a common case for this phone's back panel to come off. Mine have been came off for a while, and I glued it myself rather than gluing it at samsung service center for 12 bucks. -__-

s35ym., 21 Aug 2024Your point only applies for phones launches before 2017 (No... moreTo the bottom of it. Manufacturer sells a product let's say a phone model. Noticable amount of buyers face certain issue while they did not do anything wrong set by the manufacturer and described in enclosed manual. Meanwile, same or other manufacturer (doesn't matter) sells another comparable (non-removable battery, same or faster charging) model that clearly does not have this issue. Now, is this an issue of the model or not?
We already know your devices don't have it. Some other don't have it, too. But more than small amount of units more or less experience it. Who cares if Samsung nail the cover or use glue from another galaxy, they'resupposed to do it good. If back cover tends to get loose like this, as soon as this, etc. it's an existing issue. Why not admit.

s35ym., 21 Aug 2024You are blindly supporting android 14 as a whole by saying ... moreIt's a misunderstanding. By that I meant okay I accept first complaint as some users were used to this setting when Samsung put it away for no reason. I've never been using it on any phone and don't use Samsung messages myself. I'm no supporter of any specific Android, just prefer to have up to date OS due to new features, security and my past spended with older phones. I don't think any of these versions deserve to be called 'garbage'. So now I might say you're bashing Samsung. When I'm in the store and instantly see 2 bugs, 1 wrong translation, few months late update while unknown data are sent to China for unknown purposes that's more like a garbage you insist. Not this.
