                Note: If you shoot in 64 megapixels in low light, it will just be a lower resolution (probably 16 megapixels) upscaled!
                This is the case with other Samsung phones too. For 50 megapixel phones, low light pictures are upscaled from 12.5 megapixels (a quarter of 50M).
                Notice the much smaller JPG filesize on upscaled pictures. 6 to 8 MB. While full-resolution 64M pictures are in the 15 to 25 MB range.
                64M HEIC pictures are 10-15 MB, upscaled ones are under 5 MB.

                          s35ym, 01 Dec 2024Android 12 and 14Android 13 spoilt the A52s 5G. I thought I must throw it to garbage and was hesitating to upgrade to android 14. Still I upgraded to android 14 and the battery drain issue got solved. If this phone does not get any more upgrades or updates, no problem for me.
