Leonardo, 27 Jun 2023Maybe it's because of the Snapdragon 778 5G?Two things that are awesome in this phone is battery and screen. Never worry about battery life last all day long Even with heavy use. Screen is awesome but the chip is the bottleneck to this awsome screen. But very solid budget phone.

Propane001, 26 Jun 2023How about photography The camera is excellent for it price. I like how it gives natural images just like Pixel. If you not a fan of natural photos, the camera has good photography settings.

Regarding my A54 update: Yes, the camera produces poor quality in both day and dark pictures, resulting in a significant loss of detail in subjects such as plants. However, the standout feature for me is the amazing battery life. With just one charge at 85%, I can last up to 16 hours. Night shots turn out great, but I'm disappointed with the quality of day shots, which often leave me dissatisfied. Although the slight overheating is not a major concern as the chip is located at the top, my primary issue currently revolves around the camera. Interestingly, the oversaturation and oversharpening issues seem to affect my wide camera but not the ultra-wide one. Hopefully, the next update will address the camera problems of my A54. I'm hopeful for a resolution.

After two months I never got the battery life advertised. Charging overnite, with one or two calls, by 7pm the battery shows 17/15%. My previous phone was Galaxy A52s 5g, with much better battery, that lasted up to two days with heavier use. I also miss the phone plug.

Regarding the boring UI, just use Smart Launcher 6 and download a good icon pack like Meeyo or Meeye and the Ui will have an instant glow up. I was comparing it to the S9+, and it was losing so hard in the camera part. I thought the chip improvement in 5 years and the larger sensor on the wide WOULD PROVIDE something, BUT NO. The colors are oversaturated, and the picture looks like it got oversharpened to 75%. Like, how does a better chip and larger sensor compare to a 5-year-old flagship? Why is it losing so badly? Do you want to know why? AUTO HDR doesn't work on my A54, AND that's the reason why it loses to bright and dark pictures.

Hello, need your help guys haha...
I've been using my Galaxy J6 for 5 years and it's still in pretty solid shape for my needs haha..
I'm a teenager and I use my phone exclusively for social media and photography (very rarely for photography though haha), not for gaming.
I am aware that I will buy the next mobile phone after this one in about 4/5 years, I am interested in whether this A54 will "last" that long considering its processor which, as I concluded, is "meh".
In my country, it starts at a price of €380/$420 (which is also my budget).
should I go for something else, or should I wait for something else (preferably Samsung :))
I'm not in a hurry.
Thanks to everyone who helps!!!
