You can try waiting for a software update, or if things aren't going to fixed, consider replacing it with the A35 instead, which doesn't have reception issues as far as I know.

Just got my A55 last week, and I thought all was fine til I went out the house.
In places I frequent where I always get a steady 5g signal with my old A52s, the A55 goes to 5g then goes to H+ and edge. It stays on low signal unless I turn airplane mode on/off or reboot the phone.
I switched the sim cards from other phones and A55, but they still maintains a full 5g signal while the A55 goes to H+ or edge and stays there. Both sims are on the same network too.
Is there something I need to twea or is this a defective unit? I didn't find any solution even many owners of A55 have declared the same issue. I think Samsung still haven't solve this issue with A55. What is your opinion?

Otherwise, your A55 will probably still have a 720p LCD screen, all-plastic body, 10W charging, quad-core 1GHz processor, and only 16GB of storage. I mean sure, good specs don't always equal a good phone, but I highly doubt you'd want to buy a phone like that in 2024 when literally every other competitor are light years ahead in both specs and value compared to Samsung.
But whatever, I highly doubt you'll even understand what I'm trying to say and continue your endless blathering about "muh Chinese companies bad".

Your story is truly touching, and I understand your point. Even though today's smartphones are very advanced, we should still appreciate Xiaomi's contributions back in 2014, when smartphones were still developing. With chipsets at 16nm-28nm, 2-4GB of RAM, and 16-32GB of storage, Xiaomi was able to offer phones for $110, while Samsung's similar models were priced around $370. So, I hope we don’t need to argue further. Modern smartphones in 2024 and beyond should provide a smooth experience without issues (ads shouldn’t be a problem as long as they don’t cause lag while typing or scrolling). That’s all; there's no need to overcomplicate it.

There is another group of Google and Sony users, which buying theirs devices because it are also good devices, but the prices are high, the devices are not available in all markets, etc. The point is that you are confusing the whole real situation and think that they buy Chinese devices because they are good. Reports like these show that most people buy Samsung and Apple because they are the best devices in the world. And the problem you mention is that Xiaomi and other manufacturers are not available everywhere, which shows that most Chinese devices are not interesting and they are not available in most markets. Although Chinese companies are trying to popularize their products in every possible way.
