So if other apps aren't lagging that means it's not UI problem, it's instagram problem. Which is not surprising because meta is responsible for it. What kind of procedures did you do try to solve "issues"? Have you tried factory reset? One ui 7 works fine, your apps not. If you don't know how to clear cache of old data just do factory reset and you'll realize that the problem is not software on your phone.

Whenever you update to higher version of Android (rather than the one coming with the box), there will be a worst issues in phone industry.

- Heating
- Battery draining
People said by waiting for few days or factory reset it will be getting fine; based on my experience it is not the case, still troubling anyway.
Better to stay with Factory Android version and do not update (major version).

Android 15 is full of bugs! One example, after i updating(big mistake) my phone from Android14 to 15(not this phone, but an Oppo A78 4G) my Instagram app lagging like crazy! When i gonto reels, they lagging like ..2 frame per second! Uninstalled the app, reinstalled numerous times! I don't have a problem on YouTube reels, just on Instagram! Another bug, my keyboard lags as well! I think Android 15 is the worst android version untill now.

great phone, i upgraded from samsung galaxy a12, the difference is really huge.
although it's only worth it if it's much cheaper than the s24 fe in your country and you really want one ui or don't like chinese brands or whatever. (in my country the price difference was huge and I could get mine with some discount and the 256gb version wasn't much more expensive)

This phone even can't hand mobile legends with medium graphics settings, even in smooth graphics it got lag after 10 minutes of gameplay and overheat up to 46°C which was frustrating. I understand with this SOC wouldn't be able run very high, ultra settings but this is just so much disappointed in this price range, it is not well optimizing in medium, low settings. Also camera focus is kinda disappointments too, one ui home forced stop 4 times, even heatup to 43°C while using LINE and then I sold this back after 1 week. There were some reviews that exynos is good nowadays but I was wrong. Even I like Samsung but Exynos is Exynos, I will never buy phone with Exynos SOC that has very bad performance and overheating issues.

Apps in these mobiles are so poor, that you won't use them except for few absolutely necessary apps like whatsapp, few banking apps, SMS and possible music strapping.

People said iphone is blasting fast, in reality its not much different. I have compared my older redmi note phone to some of my friends' iPhones after 1 years+, the different is slight.

They destroyed everything with Android 15! Phones like Samsung A53-53-55, Oppo A78 4G and 5G, Motorola etc ..every app is lagging. Instagram lagging like crazy no matter how many times i uninstalled and reinstalled! Time to buy iPhone

i dont believe that the battery test is accurate, i have that phone and battery life is absolutely impressive, my sister could watch her favourite cartoons for around 4 hours on a long trip, then when we came back i played video games and it was alive even after 3 hours! And i still had around 40% on the battery

Living, 26 Apr 2025I think it's time to upgrade my 4 years old A52, many ... moreExacly my previous consideration. I read from a forum, the green line appeared only within 3 months on S24FE with intensive gaming and 6 months with moderate one.
We can see some people telling no issue after one year, but the risk still there.

I think it's time to upgrade my 4 years old A52, many youtubers recommend S24 FE over A56 but there's one thing, the green/pink lines issue. I saw many of S series user, even S24 reported green line issue, meanwhile my A52 that dropped accidentaly a few times, still have a smooth screen! Specs wise S24 FE is clear winner but I really scared about green lines issue that maybe I should upgrade into A56 instead.

Cannot compare Android to iPhone since Apple designing everything by their self, it's very easy for them to even keep the updates in decades. But don't be wrong, the updates are not the same with newer generations.
