Please any tip on how to deal with some freezing issue of A71 beside clearing of cache for that I have done....yet it's persistent especially when the mobile data is on.

Anyway M31 is not available everywhere, only handful of countries get get it, M31 selling less than 200USD here, though only available thru online seller, for that price i would ranked it as Low Mid Range phone, A71 on other hand only qualified as Mid ranges phone.

I was using Samsun J7 and upgraded to A71 in Sept-2020, from the day i started using i am facing eye strain and eye dryness sometimes it is giving me sleepless night, is there anyone who is facing the same issue?

and then, explain where A71 belongs when i was purchasing it, was like 470 dollars here.. and A31 was like half of that price 240 maybe ? so in which category belongs A31 and where A71 ? both midranges ? And at the end, as mentioned tons of times.. THE SPECS matters not the incomes in every country or personal standards

This is by far the worst phone i have ever bought (oct 2020) and will never buy Samsung again.
I was in love with my Samsun S7 I bought in 2017, unfortunately it got stolen. Paid 400EUR for the A71 because I wanted a decent phone but couldn't afford the S-range.
- The camera quality decreased very fast. From the start it was already pretty meh quality if the lighting was not absolutely perfect, but soon it also started being unable to focus. Mind you this happened when the phone was only one year old. Strangely the up-close camera is still working very well.
- the fingerprint scanner has never worked properly. this is problem i see mentioned in reviews everywhere, strengthening my idea that they really didn't deliver a proper product when launching this phone
- i have walked/bicycled through the rain for 4 years with my Samsung S7 and never had any problems. I walked through the rain once for 5 minutes with my A71 and the whole thing shut down. i could see water inside. The S7 nor the A71 phone is technically 'waterproof' but they just didn't close it properly if one 5 minute rain will kill it (it even had a case on). Put the A71 in rice and after 4 days it worked again, although the screen has a weird green hue and sometimes doesn't work for a while. A new screen is 150 EUR but I refuse to put any cent more towards this device.
I wish I re-bought my S7, but the 3 year newer A71 seemed to have better specs even if it was a mid-range. I know they don't build smartphones to last, but to make me pay 400 for a phone that is so sub-par is an absolute insult to the consumer.

And to be honest you're sounding more like showoff, no, again, that's not how is categorized, but the specs, chips, display etc. that make it where they belong. S21 FE 5G with Snapdragon 888 can't be ''high mid range'', every S or Note series despite being Lite editions or FE, they're still flagships. And at the end.. make comparison between S21 5G vanilla and S21 5G FE or S20 series doesn't matter and see the minor differences, how they can be just ''high mid range'' just cuz you find them ''cheaper'' ? or your standard is too ''high''? For someone even S21 Ultra is ''cheap'' so they can categorize the S21 Ultra as ''high mid range'' too just cuz their standard is up to the sky.. nope don't work that way sorry

S21 ultra 5G in my country is selling for USD 1400 & Vanilla S21 cost USD 880, Galaxy Z Fold is USD 1700
S21 FE 128GB is USD 700
As I said USD 400 is a small sump here, even a food delivery guy can earned that in 2 weeks.
Maybe a USD 400 A71 is a upper midrange according to your country income, but for majority countries is just a midrange phone.

Anonymous, 05 Feb 2022This phone selling for USD 400 in my country when it newly ... more400 USD when new ? must be contract, you can get it here for free if you look that way, even before the disappearance of A71, last price in authorized Samsung website was 400$ or around 315 euros, that was the period around summer 2021 when there was already A52/72, and that with your prices category and classes.. exists only in your mind, 700$ for a so called upper midrange is nuts, almost for that price in my country you can buy S21 vanilla.. so by your logic even the S21 is ''High mid range''.. i see make sense haha

This is what I said
Low mid range USD 250-349
Mid range USD 350-599
High Mid Range USD 600-750
For us S21 FE is Upper Midrange as is equal to 1 months wages of a general fresh graduate.

Anonymous, 02 Feb 2022I been receiving regular updates for my A71, both major &am... morewith the price tag of nearly 500$ or 420 euros, that was the price back in July 2020, can't be midrange just.. it belongs to upper midrange category, S20 FE, Note 10 lite etc. they still belongs to flagships, a phone with Snapdragon 865 or like in the S21 FE which was unveiled almost one ago, with the Snapdragon 888 they can't be in midrange category.. Midrange category is like A32, A42, A22.. till A03s which is entry level.. the numbers reveal everything
