Never ever had an issue with this phone. I couldn't decide between an S or A range Samsung and honestly? Not disappointed. I use mine a lot for gaming and it performs well! No freezing or stutters, and certainly no back coming off issues (I do have cases on mine though). Camera is good quality but better on pro mode than normal, and it's everything I could have asked for in a phone. Don't know why people are having such problems with theirs.

very poor performance.
I am disappointed.
back cover glue is very week that it gets separated. It makes you embarrassed.
I choosed samsung after I read all the comments in gsmarena that Samsung is great and Xiaomi is bad.
But my experience is just the opposite. a midrange Xiaomi just kick a midrange Samsung out of game very very easily.
I am now back to Xiaomi from September 22, 2022.
the software experience is way batter. All the comment writers said Xiaomi software is bad. but here I feel at least now the MIUI is way more polished than Samsung.

My the sound of my phone speakers is good in music and social media but when it comes to playing games it's too low even with Dolby atmos is on.Is that normal?

What? Compare this with the a72, which have the same 5000mah battery as this but the a72 scored higher on batyery tests, is the exynos 1280 that less battery efficient than the Snapdragon 720g? Lmao.

My phone screen keeps freezing after an update. I ha e taken it for repairs but nothing works. I have changed the flex cable (motherboard) but the issue still persists. I am very disappointed in this phone

note to samsung a72 users, i have had the unit since march 2021 with android 11. do not upgrade it to android 12 . i have noticed the video camera reduces the power of stabilizer unlike its original version 11.somthing bit higher just stay on 11.

Worst stupid phone that I have ever bought. Within a year, too lagging, battery drain issues with heating tho I never played games on this phone, also lagging in fingerprint sensor; too slow comparing with other phones, touch is suck, scrolling problems with Facebook. Not a worth buying.

I have used this phone from last yr 2021 Sept and is better than I expected. Battery life stands up (2days) and it charges up to full in a reasonable time. It's a good phone for outdoors since you are not worried about the juice running out. I can't complain.
