Guys if you are looking for a good phone at a price of 11k then definitely there are better options available.
All the specs on galaxy core are good but not good enough at this price. You have got a no. of better options in global market itself. 768 MB of RAM is not enough for heavy usage because out of 768, OS itself will take a lot of RAM and leaving upto 512 MB user available. That is considerably less. Moreover many guys dont know about pixel density (PPI) in display section. It gives an account of screen quality. 207 ppi of core two is quite less as compared with 326 ppi of moto g. So if you are looking for a global brand with good android experience then its gonna be moto g because it will get guaranteed updates of OS versions and a better RAM with a better screen quality plus better to hold in hand. Even if that's not enough then what about stock version of android that is provided by google directly to nexus series and motorola only which ensures a very smooth perfomance of the device. for more infomation and smoothness check for becmchmark tests of any two devices to have a proper idea which one will b smoother.

I wonder why everyone recommend s duos 2 not core 2.I tried s duos2 twice and my opinion of it
the display is pretty good but so small 4 inch only so a good display is nothing with being small ...there are some lags ,,the loud speakers not so good and I don't like it,,,light sensor not found on duos2 and it is only in high range smartphones so it's normal that core 2 doesn't have it and there is a alternative for proximity sensor on core 2(double tab)..overall core 2 is much much better than s duos 2 in everything except the viewing angles of the display and the proximity and that has no effect

Galaxy core 2 is not a good one, because it hasnt proximity and light sensors, i dont know what is logic behind this. I bought it 3 days before and sell it after 1 day with loss of 250 A.E.D. So friends dont go to buy Core 2, even S Duos 2 offer more specifications than Core 2. All are expecting Core 2 is better than Galaxy core, but in truth it is too bad....
