Talking about specs and overall functionality, its a good phone. But because ever increasing competition in market it is quite difficult to decide whether this phone is best buy or not. If compared with some local and chinese brands like micromax, karbonn and similar others I'll say definitely one must choose samsung as its a global brand and just to maintain their reputation in global market they have to make better quality products. Moreover battery of a smartphone is something that deplets with time so they have a very limited age and particularly in small brands these batteries exhaust much much early as compared to global brands like samsung, sony , moto or apple.
While buying a new device guys only think of price tag and dont consider other important aspects that give an idea of the age of a particular phone like - battery, service centres, and durability. What happens after that is those guys who go for small brands then jump to better ones after a year or two however some guys like that - "keep device changing in same local brand" attitude.
So the final word is if any of you is looking for a good device in a long term then only go for some big brands that give actually what they promised.
and for this phone - galaxy ccore 2 you must compare sony xperia m or moto g or HTC desire 310.
some specs that must be taken care of during comparison are -
RAM, and processor (most obvious)
PPI- Pixels Per Inch (gives a proper idea of screen quality)
Battery backup.
Benchmark tests (gives an idea of performance and overall smoothness)
Last but not least - don't ever forget to check user reviews of each device you are comparing.

Does "Samsung Galaxy Core II" has Proximity, Light & Compass Sensors ? Those are missing in it's specification. And Which one will be better ? Samsung S Dous 2 or Samsung Galaxy Core II ? I'm gonna to buy it. Please ans. me asap with accurate ans.

1. No keypad light
2.no proximity sensor, so u r going to face problems during calling
3.no hd video playback and recording.
4.core2 chip hardwares like spectrum chipset..so it heats too fast
5.only 768 mb ram..since android system consumes at least 250 mb..so practically core2 is a 512 mb phone
6.samsung is very bad in update sector.they dont provide updates to their midrange phone
7.no light sensor. .u have to manually manage the screen brightness all the time
8.ordinary TFT display..so viewing angles and display clarity is bad

I guess the specs are good but u can't play heavy games with this device ,such as Asphalt5, NFS, etc..

Core 2 is more expensive than duos 2,so core 2 is definitely better than duos 2 in everything,,just a guess :D
