I sell my grand 2 for galaxy note 3. Tired of waiting for lollipop since last month. Almost similar price but slightly higher. Plus, i get LTE and 16gb of internal memory with full hd 5.7 inch screen. It have android lollipop and bigger 3200mah battery. Beter buy a real phablet than this crappy almost a phablet grand 2. Grand 2 is no different than the first galaxy note.

Having problems with wifi conection. even though the network is strong my phone hardly picks signal. why?

waiting for lives for the update....even smaller phones r coming up wil 4.4.4 and lollipop...still they cant....huge shame samung

I have also called to the customer service that told now there is a process of solving the problem first then they will give us update until that we have to wait

I called samsung and they said there is no plan yet for lollipop update. They are busy updating the smartphone model they released late last year including the lower model. They said they are still busy with galaxy s6 promotion period and development of note 5. So, this is their nice way of saying "Sorry, no lollipop for grand 2."

Currently there is no plan of lollipop uodate for grand 2. But there are if so many request is coming they wil consider our grand 2 also.so please call cc and request for lollipop and all regional language support is available

I have used this phone for 1 year and 2 months. Updated to 4.4.2 I still love this phone. Now selling at $238 for export set in SG. Value for money............
