does it have a torchlight app?because i cant see it on mine,and if am playing music mine cant change when i drag down d task bar to stop or forward from there. WHY

Coming from a Blackberry background and not really being into the Android revolution, it was time to upgrade my device after having a blackberry bold for almost a decade lol...I was shopping around for a value for money handset the would not cost and arm and a leg, my first choice was the Blackberry Z3 but...I came across this neat little (not so little)device Samsung Grand Neo Plus GT-I9060I, good processor, all round great specs, big screen, front & rear cams...but the the thing that really plus'd me was the price it was even cheaper than the Z3. I am now a huge converted fan of Samsung devices.

Phone is working perfect.no touch problem.i think i had chosen right phone.gold color is awesome.1gb ram works perfect and good gaming experience.i had played heavy games 7 hrs and then battery low signal appears.battery backup is good. Not like other samsung phones.i think this phone is ideal in budget of 10000.please buy golden color.internal memory is awesome

purchace grand neo last 2 moths.touch pad hang and network dead no solved by service centre i goes 3 times at gujara sabarkatha himat Hagar servivice centre..pl donot buy grand neo plus frod but replays my phone

hi all iam giving all the details this is my service complain no RZ1G52941FZ ,,one of my friend also facing same problm on this handset..we purchase 2 handsets,,so plz dont buy samsung handsets ,,alots of customer waiting on service centre it means samsung handets have issues..buy motorola,lenovo even redmi is better..this is my personal expr and veiw.

i think neo plus has manfacturing fault ,,i had purhase this mbile last week after one day use ,the phone has hang ,,touch not working also network drop..honesly i do every thing ,,format,,software update ,,bt same problme ,,suggest to all plznever buy this particular samsung handsets.

sehar, 25 Jun 2015How can i backup my pictures when i hv delted by mistake.. ... moreIf you have Google+ account it should be there as a backup. That is if only you enable backup. If you don't you can try searching for photos recovery apps from Playstore. There are plenty there which I had used before. It worked very well and sometimes too well because all deleted photos from many years ago are also being backup. It is a pain to select and delete them again.

Sam grand neo plus Super phone, I love it does everything that i expect from it, no lagging or network loss. battery if is fair consindering how i push it to its limits... great low cost phone...
if one expect more from this phone... id say go for the s6... grand neo is perfect for its price...

Iam using this phone since 6months ....Every thing is good..but GPU (broadcom is not so fast)...but it provide accelerated image output...GPU quality is great but performance of gpu is not so good...BEST FOR Buissinees..not for Gaming

I have bought Samsung galaxy grand neo plus a month ago its a worst phone it go well in the early days but after that its camera start problem when ever I take pic it struck n window appears as written on it unknown error due to error callback n sometime as camera failed. Its is a worst phone so never buy it.

I purchased a grand neo plus app. 3 months ago n the bug I'm facing right now is network got dead and touch don't work until I wud remove the battery..:(
I also went to care n they did some updating the software's but bugs still the same..
For that concern pls folks assist me if u r aware of this situation..

how do I change the screen lock option. I set the password option, but would like to change to any other option, but it is all grey out and doesn't allow me. please advise. and also why does the battery only last one day?
