I bought this phone one month ago. At first i didnt used to realize how many times i have got to charge it about three times a day or could be more. Others are just fine but sometimes the app stops. Does anyone have a tip for this???

i bought samsung grand neo plus last week.it is running good so far.but am not sure that this is also hangs like all other samsung mobiles.

Bad phone... nth to say more... the battery life is less than 6 hrs if online... most often it becomes stuck and hanging... which requires restarting to work again... if the situation is like this when no sophisticated apps orsoftwares are installed then for those who do this it would be horrible. ...

I think u have to bought galaxy grand 2 or grand neo ...
This phone is'nt have samsung voice (s voice) what the hell is wrong with them there nothing in this phone...plz dont buy..plzz

My samsung galaxy grand neo often gets disconctd when conected to internet and hangs many times a day.I purchased it on 19th feb 2015 and it has been repaired 4 times in the service centre till now still the problem is same

Hi Guys,
Ihave been using this phone since a week now, I should say its the best phone i ever had the interent is very fast compared to experia T3, and other mobiles. UI is really great with good screen colours. and phone dosent lag atall, no stcking or hanging problem at all..battery back up is also good after browsing for 3 hrs continuosly it got down to 20%.. No heating problem..Voic clarity is clear and good.Overall i grade this Phone very good handset from Samsung. Thank you.

Iam useing samsung galaxy grand neo plus i9060i this is very nice phone no hung and some time stuck but its very good and all are things gud... Im purchese the phone rs 9700 in samsung store on 21 04 2015

I have neo plus. It is a bice phone fir its range. Never hangs ir fails you. Concerning the battery it drains a bit faat.

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo. I have purchased from open market without war warranty. Mic of the set is not working. A red circle marked on call setting with is not understood. I think mic is muted in setting. Please solve my problem.Give Reply on Email. makram627@gmail.com
