I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo. I have purchased from open market without war warranty. Mic of the set is not working. A red circle marked on call setting with is not understood. I think mic is muted in setting. Please solve my problem.Give Reply on Email. makram627@gmail.com

You'll see the app's you downloaded, then swipe it right to left and you'll see SD. Below that the app's and blank squares. Check which app's you want to moved to SD.

Its a nice phone to have but the battery it drains really fast. Without using wi-fi much or games, by the end of the day battery will go from fully charged to 40%
Thats a big minus for me

I bought this phone in November 2014 whilst in NY, I have been having problems with the phone and was told that I would have to pay $75 to reprogramme the phone, spoke to the store where it was bought and he has asked me to send it back so he can get his technician to work on it. The battery does not last long especially when you are using the internet have to charge it every day.
