malik, 02 Aug 2015i am confusing that is s5 is best or grand prime is best Galaxy S5 is a flagship which is 100 times better and 5 times more expensives. Grand prime is just a cheap low end devices. You can't compare them. It's too obvious.

Just bought it today. It seems better than galaxy core prime that had the same processer and ram. Its nice as it familiar to galaxy A5. Love it. Thanks samsung!

I bought Grand Prime on 27 January 2015. I do not encounter any hang and lags until today! The battery is performing very well and can stay for more than 12 hours with heavy usage.

I have noticed that the cache partition is the real problem here. After clearing cache the phone surprisingly have fast speed and zero lag. Go to Storage in Setting to do this guys. I hope it help all of you.

[deleted post]G-531F has not got some key features such as Screen Mirroring. As per the marketing strategy of Samsung, it seems that Samsung plans to release new models with one or two additional features while omitting some key features of the earlier version. So,money making seems to be the main strategy. If one needs 4G and Lolipop, go for grand prime 4G model (G 531 F). If one needs screen mirroring, one should continue with the earlier model. These tactics are similar to what Nokia used to do in 2010. If one needed Wi-Fi,buy a new model and if someone needed 3G, buy a different model. If all features were needed, then spend generously for a superphone.

A little slow (or lag as they like to called it) if use for multi tasking. Overall, 1gb is enough to put up with everything. It's not like you want to send a rocket to the moon with this thing.
