i have already got this phone..
But the thing i would like to comment is....
The facebook messenger woud'nt work properly to this phone... when i open the messenger it always closes even i did'nt drag it down.. it closes by itself and when there's incoming message i cannot see it properly ...
Please... solve this problem...
Make a compatible version of fb messsenger app for the Galaxy J1..

it's a cheap basic smartphone i like it...i love the fact that it has a selfie mode

Waste of this ph. ..all app have hang ...not speed full slow..reading .....no buy this mobile ....

I have got this phone. Samsung needs to do something about the issue of batteries or else Samsung needs to design powerbanks to be sold together with these phones. Just imagine recharging a cellphone 3 times a day - it's an issue of concern.

I have this phone for 1 week and I have a lot of problems with it. It constantly freezes, signal loss and slow. Maybe because its only has dual core and 512MB RAM running on Android 4.4.4. Sad. :(

This phone is fine for standard use of a mobile phone, once using apps like fb/messenger this phone is rather going slooow... 512 mb is not enough memory
