I hate this phone , 23 Jul 2016Why cant i download anything on this phone? Including games... moreThis happened to me a few months ago and after many different attempts to fix the problem I eventually had to restore the factory settings, but it works fine now. Maybe it might work for you?

ANONYMUS, 24 Jul 2016I bought this phone recently and I tried playing Poké... moreHi, I've tried this on my J1 recently to find that there simply isn't enough RAM to play the app. It won't even get past the loading screen for me.
I'd recommend upgrading. Pokemon Go says it requires 2gb of RAM in order to function, and in my own research a phone with that much costs at least €200. There are some pretty good models for that price though!

Why cant i download anything on this phone? Including games, music, and photos other people have sent me! If you are thinking of getting this phone, don't! I also cant use half my screen sometimes. And texts sometimes dont send. Apps don't work and email wont let me see what people have sent me. Don't buy this phone!

Worst phone ever glitches every second not even good.And camera quality is really blurry and dark I do not recommend this phone such a disappointment to Samsung.

i just wanted to ask if how will i be able to make my phone open line... would i find it in the setting of the phone or do i need to go to the samsung store for them to make my phone open line to all network.. because my samsung j1 is only open for globe.. is that possible..
