nice phone apps good only problem incoming calls sound is shite went from barely hearing calls to nothing.needs improvement

in my j1 phone,the problem is its dual sim setting,i got 2 networks using but somehow they got weak signals?

Did you paste "tempered glass" which will affect your problem.
Remove both "tempered glass" and "screen protector" to confirm.
"Tempered glass" do have effect on screen flickering.

no compass works on them as they don't have gyroscope so its gps is useless

Just press both buttons together; Power button + Home button
This take a screen shot.
You can edit as normal in the Gallery or other apps, if you know.

Hi , I have purchased this phone 2 weeks ago from Cell C, however i had to return it the next day because the screen kept on Flickering. 7 Days later i was issued a new phone which was still doing the same thing. Screen flickering all the time so i took the phone back again and i was informed by Cell C that Sumsungs response was that this is quite normal... anybody experiencing the same problem?

What was Samsung thinking to call this phone a "gallaxy". What a load of crap. Stay away from this phone as there are too many software issues with Android platform.

If you do explore &... moreI dont even ask about "lite" as I know what that means, the basis must work on any phone and one this model Samsung J1/100H/DS it does not, I have been using phones for a while now so I know what to look at, why does the application manager show all applications restarting when the alarm goes off, latest software from Samsung, nothing else installed except Candy Crush, alarm rings, all applications supplied by Samsung restarting.... Trying to connect to Wifi when mobile data is switch off and wifi is also off.... Previous phones from Samsung Galaxy S, S2, S3neo and J5 all no problems, this model is just really poor.

If you do explore & understand about this phone.
Go to Setting -> Storage. The description say;
There is an indication on the minimum amount of storage space required to run the system.
If the game is using a lot of memory, then there is a potential of system "hang" should some app kick in.
Using the term "Lite", it is not suitable to any apps that required a lot of memory in order to run.
This is what i mean that this phone is for "Lite" for user & apps.
If you want to play app which required a lot of memory to run, then this phone is not suitable to you. The phone will definitely crash, once the memory go bust.
