It is only three months since we bought the NEW Samsung J1 from trusteed dealed, Telecom. While we watch video from our Samsung J1, it was turned off. And it was unable to turn on. Whenever we tried to turn on, we heard the tone of incoming texts. But the screen is dark (without light) and unable to open.
We took to technicians and one said the problem is due to coil. coil might be cut inside the resistor. What could be the problem?
Any help please.

Now you have lots of space in your phone

Many here complain on that it cannot do this or that.
They compare this phone to other mid &or high range phones.
This phone is for lite user and cannot do much multi task jobs.
Making a fool of themselves.

You may have to go to the service centre to adjust the touch screen.
Try to avoid moving your finger too close to the "send" icon.

Go to "Play store" and to "My apps & games".
On the left is those apps that you had installed.
On the right is ALL; this page will show all your apps downloaded & uninstall before.
Scroll down to look for the apps.
Note: There is no flash light in the notification bar for this phone.

This Samsung Galaxy J1 is target for LITE user only.
Do not expect this low-range phone to do multi-tasks jobs.
Hence, you do not know the difference in low-range, mid-range and high-end phones.
Complain of not able to do multi-task jobs, thus making a fool of yourself.

Download is slow as it is on 2.4GHz band.
Or do check on those apps that you installed if it may be malware.
Do reset could resolve all your problem.

Unfortunately, my j1 completely freezes. This includes the buttons to reboot. The only option I have found to work is to remove the battery for a few seconds then reinstall.
