My phone is terrible. I bought a new Samsung galaxy j1 and in the last few days has erased all my contacts 3 times. Why? And where are they going?

Wondering why I can't receive messages from messenger when I have my phone on 3G? When I turn Wifi on I have no problem

The Samsung Galaxy J1 is the worst phone I have ever purchased, it is slow, glitches, freezes, opens apps I don't want, it just an all round crappy phone. I have come so closed to running it over with my car.
In the past I tried upgrading the system, and installing an antivirus but its still does the same glitching.
I really don't like it and wouldn't recommend it, even to my enemies

Samsung J1 Would have to be the worst phone ive ever bought! Not 1 thing i like about this phone. Its slow,turns on and off,freezes,glitches and so on.... Its my second Samsung phone and will be the last. Never again

i really hate this samsung model. i regret having this phone. a lot of times i cant receive any text messages from other people causing quarrels between us.

appy with my j1......it doesn't have a big enough ram, it gets slow nd at times hot..............beginning to regret I got it

i was so happy that i have a samsung j1..i cant believe thati have the one..but i dontwant it anymore...coz its to slow..the storage are not enough to save a songs...games...etc.

Hi Kalina, I have been a Samsung fan for many years but this J1 is the worst I have ever had. It failed the first day as the screen flickered then the following day the screen went a yellow brown colour and I could not text or use it. I sent it back to the supplier for a full refund. Also the sound rings for messages and calls were very soft and not much selection. Very disappointed.

this phone is very unreliable bcz it -
1:freezes
2:very slow (can't even play a game without it automatically closing it)
3:the screen is super fragile
4:it's get hot buy just looking through pics
and finally 5:the storage is way to small,even when I insert an 8gb sd card,it get filled up with misc(spam,Os files and useless backup cache)

I had a bad one from day one it did not work, after a few weeks found more and more issues.

I have been using iphones and the samsung galaxy is as easy to use. This would beat the iphone in terms of value for money hands down.I am now considering Replacing my iphone with this wonderful phone.
