my J1 phone has been in once for repairs and now going in again. for freezing and keypad doesnt work. it types its own letters. gets stuck with a back space or duplicating letters

always hangs-up. Low Spreadtrum, samsung should manufacture at least 1gig spreadtrum like other budget phones.

Do not get this phone. Total waste of money. Never did I think a phone could be so slow and crash more than it actually loads. Simple tasks take 3x as long. Also who makes phones with enough space to download maybe 15 apps??? Wish I had done more research before getting stuck with this garbage

Agents has NO product knowledge!!! I now sit with a 2 year contract and a PHONE which I can't use.
Went to SAMSUNG- SORRY can't help you. Very unhappy PENSIONER.

The LCD just gone blank. its not showing anything. Calls and sms l hear but can't access.

yes indeed lately samsung produce more trash phone using low budget processor like spreadtrum its below mtk or qualcomm on perfomance compare to other low budget phone like xiaomi,zenfone,meizu,etc samsung is very left behind in specs and price

My j1 wont allow me to answer a call when on another page. yes icon is there but wont let it open.
and also. The Camera is very frustrating. All focusd touch the screen, 5 seconds later it shoots. ANY advice is welcome.

I just wanted to ask for your help if any of you knows how to turn off camera flash every time there is a new message and incomming call it always go on.
it started when I reset my phone because it become slow and most of the time hang.
