I use j1 Ace and I regret each moment,there are instances where I have to take my SIM from this j1 Ace to my lumia to access information,cos j1 keeps on telling me that can't open file.I tried to download pdf but to no avail.

I often got problem in receiving messages on time and in some cases I don't receive text backs at all.

I would like to se a manual if HOW TO included in the Box Not every one learned to use a phone at school I am 81 years of age and I don't know where to fine things it would help
to know how to find the set up page I had to take it back to the shop to ask them to do it
for me and I am having a problem finding out how to input and remove Contacts,
Please help the older user who has not got a Degree in IT. A small Booklet would help

I got this phone over a week now and based on the way i used it, it hangs at times whenever i go to my apps. Seems like its stuck on something and then it went back to normal again.In terms of camera quality, its superb.
em loving this phone actually so Im conetnted with it.

i do not recommend this samsung moblie j1..to any looking for a low budget mobile phone..low in signal strength and apps downloaded no working or crash.a lot of google pre installed apps that you do not need everytime eating the space for your own preferable apps...

The second SAMSUNG I have owned, will never purchase a Samsung again. All these specs advertised - but the phone screen freezes up, the phone gets 'confused'. Sorry Samsung - you have lost all my support. Never Samsung ever again!

My phone plays as if a call is coming at 18.00hrs every night. Cannot find any alarm or reminder to set it off. Annoying!
