I buy my new phone Samsung Galaxy J1 white.. When I open it, ''internal phone storage full'', i don't even used it.. it always like that.. what should I do?

I don't know why did I purchased this mobile yesterday I brought it now I wishing that if any one can buy it back very very poor performance :'( :'(

The second SAMSUNG I have owned, will never purchase a Samsung again. All these specs advertised - but the phone screen freezes up, the phone gets 'confused'. Sorry Samsung - you have lost all my support. Never Samsung ever again!

My phone plays as if a call is coming at 18.00hrs every night. Cannot find any alarm or reminder to set it off. Annoying!

I insert 16gb memory card then my samsung is proccesing to slow and log What i should do??

my galaxy J1 is over heating quite bad and its battery charge is 88%. i have switched the phone off to cool it down but now i cant get into some apps ??? anyone know what i should do ???

so there are games on playstore that are compatible with the phone like real racing 3 or need for speed no limits but they are crashing all the time at the start whyyy??

How do I download photos to my PC? This might seem a bit basic but with my old phone I just plugged it in and they downloaded. I have used the connection cord provided but nothing happens!
