I insert 16gb memory card then my samsung is proccesing to slow and log What i should do??

my galaxy J1 is over heating quite bad and its battery charge is 88%. i have switched the phone off to cool it down but now i cant get into some apps ??? anyone know what i should do ???

I dont know what is the problem with my phone. I cant recieve message and if i do text with my friend just only pending cant sent message.

How do I download photos to my PC? This might seem a bit basic but with my old phone I just plugged it in and they downloaded. I have used the connection cord provided but nothing happens!

i have been using a J1 ACE from the 20th december 2015, today the 13/01/16 it freeze, i cnt listen to music, i have no idea what the hell is going on with it... i am @ a verge of taking it back, my first samsung experience n i am not impressed thus far.
