Problem
I just buy this samsung j1 yesterday and i have notices that Messenger chat heads opens for only 1-5 seconds.only works in a matter of time.
The notification problem to n social media message come late and the chat head get closed after open other application.
Please help me.
I love samsung,that why im so disappointed on this issue!

Hi,, pls help, how can i disable vibration on notifications, i set it into sound mode but there is still vibration when i received messages, how can i disapble the vibration but still with sounds on. Thanks

using this phone for 1 month.and now it has started to slowdown .and it giving very very bad perfomance for me.not satisfied with this.

i have a problem with this phone. i enabled the ultra power saving mode then now, i cant diabled it and i cant see my apps :( i already restart it many times. i dont want to hard reset it :( Help!

horrible phone, Freezes up all the time. The touch screen freezes. Apps stay open and even if you close them all it still freezes. Can't answer the calls a lot of times because of the freezing up. Can't call out sometimes because of the freezing up. I reset, power off, take battery out, still horrible. Buy a cheaper phone and it will work better. Moto G or LG. this is the first time that a Samsung has disapointed me.

this phoNE is terrible , slow lags , glitches , can't run games , had it for a day sent it in thinking was something wrong with it they gave it back same crap phone

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2015 I have same problem sometimes I cannot received and make ... morebiggest pile of junk, unpredictable screen, does what ever it pleases is effected by slightest finget smear. battery goes dead ridiculously quick. slow. clock wont change time zones. its been a pile of junk the very first moment i turned it on

Music always stop unexpectedly. Messenger chat heads opens for only 1-5 seconds. Apps like glovebox, easyswipe or similar apps, only works in a matter of time.
