First of all I use phones to talk and text, occasionally looking at FB. I previously was an ATT Go Phone customer using a ZTE and I was not happy with the service or the phone. I switched to Verizon and the J1. To me the phone is heavenly. It does everything I want and a lot faster but of course I have only had it for a few days. Time will tell.

doni, 03 Sep 2015i have samsung j1, i bought this nearly 5 months,i have pro... more I have same problem sometimes I cannot received and make a call, last time during an emergency. They cannot contact me and I cannot call them from this phone. I have to restart again. That time I am in middle of the city where there is a good signal. Its shows on the mobile full bar.

The phone is too slow, it has a good camera, yes.. But I usually have dropped calls (thought it was on my provider but no, it's not) and when I am on a certain application, it goes out on its own.. It's like it has its own brainI also couldn't get good internet services. It is a nice phone for people who has no too much social media accounts but for someone who has a lot of social media accounts, this one is not for you - your phone will go super slow.. But in general, a nice phone, very handy, easy to put on pocket, good for videos and picture taking..
