Bought this phone on January 2020. Up to 6 months the battery backup was awesome and performance also quite impressing. But after every update the battery backup of the phone started to reduce. Now the battery backup is not that good.
But still love this phone it was worth buying the phone.

Had this phone since January 2020 and it still works good.
Wish the camera had more pro settings like shutter speed/aperture.

Was quite happy with it, but packed up after just over 2 years use. Keeps on freezing restarting, even during and after factory reset.

Only last 2 years compared to other phone
Gonna take A52S and hope it will last longer

Logo stand problem was there
Once i visited service center they told me 6400
I gone for outside shop nd they removed the battery and removed the blacked chip ccu nd again fited it nd now is working fine
Shopkeeper took 300rs from me

i bought samsung m30s in 2020 .after one year it automatically stopped and started it is going some times like this and 6 months later it is not taking power to charge . when i visited samsung service center they told that its mother board must be changed and asked 6500rs for it so i come back and put my mobile in to muncipality dust bin at vizianagaram

I have been using m30s from past 26 months...
No issue found almost but now sometimes hang or freeze after updates i think so
Other wise phone is best for its battery performance...whopping 6k mah battery is enough for long day browsing and gaming
My most loved part is its battery and fast charging...

All data and important contacts have been lost. I had much confidence in Samsung phones. But this is much in losing that confidence about Samsung phones. I need buy a new phone and gather contacts it's hectic task. Not a good experience. All my family members use Samsung brand and from now I will not buy. Thanks Samsung for valuable services till date.

Bought samsung m30s back in feb 2020, everything was smooth untill the warrenty expired. Just over a couple of months of expiry phone started turning off and was never turning back ON.
It is going into reboot loop Continuously for more than 100 times, my phone got so heated that it totally destroyed my sim card and memory card.
When approached authorised service center, they denied service and said it needs motherboard replacement. And said it will cost around 7000.
I have found many such similar cases with samsung m series phones using below par untested processors to compete in current market. They experimented with customers without doing any R&D.
Very very disappointed as I lost all my 65 GB of important data. I am never coming back to samsung and will never recommend anyone to buy these substandard useless products.
The company should own the issue and make it official instead of saving face. And recall all its shitty products and take them off the shelf before it ruins anyone to else's memories and important data.
I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum to further the cause.
