Struggling to keep the phone in ON state. Tried all the options, removed all the apps, factory reset and many other things.
Extremely disappointed by Samsung mobiles. I have had bad experience with Samsung in past, but again I went for it. Also suggested people to buy Samsung. They all are going to come after me now.

Started freezing for no reason and restarting after 2 years (once warranty is over).
The latest update is not fixing the issue.

Keep it in refrigerator for some time when it hangs. It will work.

Nilesh, 05 Oct 2021I have the same issue. Suddenly around 29th September, my p... moreSame here. After update my M30S started rebooting. On my other phone M31S the phone stopped charging altogether. Samsung made me loose all my data on M31S to replace the motherboard.
Samsung stop fooling people to either shell out money for nothing or buy a new one. This was my first 2 samsung phones and probably my last.

I have the same issue. Suddenly around 29th September, my phone started restarting randomly. It restarts either at boot again, or may be after 5 minutes, 10 minutes ets. It seems like the restart has started after samsung pushes an OTA update.
And now they are charging 7200 rs to replace motherboard. I am making sure that they are actually replacing the mother board by asking that they return the old mother board to me and also by checking the IMEI of new mother board. If the IMEI is same as old IMEI, it means tha tthey dodnt change, juste re,flased the entire OS via ADB.
Samsung is cheating Idnia customers with this phone. They shold actually recvall the prtoduct for free replacement of mothebpard.

im from jordan and my m30s has the same freezing and restart issue and cant solve it and Samsung isnt being supportive in solving the issue they want money and to change the motherboard im really disappointed with Samsung after years of using there devices they have gone bad im changing to oppo

Today I too faced sudden automatic restart problem first time using since 3 month.. many ppl facing this issue with their M30s. I think now I will backup my data just in case the motherboard failure happen to me.. I can't buy a new phone due to financial issues. It is a good phone but serious issue like sudden restarting and motherboard failure may happen and render the phone useless. I'm looking for other options now what I have left.

I bought this mobile 18 months before. Suddenly my phone got frozen, Samsung service center says motherboard issue.... and its costing 8000 for change of motherboard. They told this is a failure model. Worst experience from SAMSUNG. Please don't buy....

Its cheap its worth buying if are going to change your phone in 2 yrs or 3 max otherwise there are better options its camera is allright but for gaming it is a lower level phone camera wise midrange daily use midrange battery is way above average its more than many flagship phones but it gets slower with every update there are glitches with the screen playstore dosent work right while downloading large appliations like games etc. It has the age old samsung bug which makes it restart on low ram instead of closing unused apps. It also closes the app u are using istead of the one in the background to reduce ram usage

My Samsung M30s phones mother board is failed after 18 months,after taken to the service center says you have replace mother board and it will cost 8500 rupees, this phone model is a failure.

Motherboard failure issue!
I looked like a good phone for the price but not worth it in the long run. My device motherboard failed after 1 year 3 months. There was no physical damage of any kind. Seems like there is some problem with either exynos 9611 or the motherboard for m30s phones.
