Used 2 years normally, and then 1 green line start appearing. Almost no complain about the phone before the green line is showing.

After update green line on scr... moreTake it from me - SamSung managed to 'budol' \ scam customers who happens to own any Samsung Galaxy with 6.7' inch screens. It's already documented globally by Samsung members owners of S21+, S20+ & Ultra series, A72, A73, M52,. You can google the latest by searching Samsung + green lines on screens. This has been happening since 2021. As soon as the 1-year warranty expired - they pull this scam to all , also happens after applying the latest OS updates, and after your warranty being over. There are numerous civil suits now and in the US, there is a class-action lawsuit currently active..

Very nice phone till a year. After update green line on screen appeared, no warranty. battery backup decreased in 5g and heating a lot.

when A73 can be updated to Android 15, so can M52.

Android 13 is still the current and fine-tuned so far. Just think what the others with just release Android 14 will go through from all the bugs they will report back to Samsung and then they will release another minor OS patches . These owners will be the 'Guinea-Pigs' that Samsung needs to be able to continue OS updates

After 2 years of using M52 5g :
still on factory software 0 update
so the phone state still like new
I prefer it because big battery backup and powerfull processor on gaming.
the sound still low compared with other phones

It's Very Good phone, using last 2 years, no heat, no hangup, truly satisfied, more than can be add if Samsung giving fast charger, so due to 15wt charger i give points to this phone 9 out of 10,
However I'm happy with M52

I also have the EU one, but as of now I do not have any problems with it.

Im using this phone for almost 2years, and still it's performing very good until now, im lucky my unit is not factory defective and handled with care.

Indeed , Samsung.PH support stated these are part of normal wear and use - and I say to him that he his FULL of SH_t . I tell you that Samsung.PH is just full blown balooney phoey !
It is really too bad though - I like this M52 due to its very light, very skinny and has the big 6.7 screen. Now I use it as my hotspot device for now.

This is best for only lite weight and software. Hardware and build are very cheap. After 1 year just warranty expired after one month display green line issue. No replacement. The service centre said the cost is around 8k. 100% sure this after software update. Many other brands like oneplus , vivo.etc. are free replacement in india. Samsung only care there premium models only.. but in india there market mainly mid range. Samsung cheat all indian midrange customers.

Running this bad Boy for Over 2 years now. No green line issue whatsoever. This is one of the first Units, and Im from europe. Maybe its a more latest production problem and country market. Its been by far the best midrange phone i have ever bought!
