I am using Samsung galaxy note 10 plus model SM N975U
But haven't receive Android 12 update yet nor January security patch
Anyone tell me why?

Samsung should have looked into it. I also understand you not wanting to upgrade to android 12 because of the issue you had. At the end of the day it has to be your choice. If you are worried it will happen again then wait a while. Pause the update. The only thing by pausing it means you won't receive your security updates But samsung need to fix these problems. Usually reset or wipe cache partition do help fix things most of the time. But not all the time.

Will keep a che... moreThanks Maggi for the info but I worry the android 12 will cause cause my S Pen to error in using the air command just like in android 11/OneUi 3.1Samsung not helping by telling me to cache partiton/ reset factory still the same end to I had to buy new S Pen I don't want another sequel till now Samsung can't explain why S Pen error after updating to OneUi 3.1

Teddy, 04 Feb 2022Later when you had android 12 & update it you will find... moreI have already updated. So far no problems. Will keep a check on it over next few days. I always wipe cache partition after every update. Battery so far is good. Performance wise all good.

Sam799, 04 Feb 2022This is by far the best looking phone Samsung ever made!!I agree sam799. I like s10 plus. But I like note 10 plus. It has 512gb internal memory and 12gb ram. Bigger display which I like. Spen is handy. So between the two phones note 10 plus is better.

Also in advanced features it has Labs for multi window for all apps The volume bar at the top in panal is thicker. I preferred it thinner.Bedtime mode and camera excess in quick toggle. Camera access in quick toggle. The edge pannel is slightly different. No names of apps underneath. Also you will see a green symbol when an app is using your microphone.In messages chats there is a feature to invite someone. In settings there's a new feature called safety and emergency. Device care is different slightly. Calander different. Like it before Also some camera features. Few features in gallery. Always on display has some features. So far battery is fine. But il keep an eye on it over the coming days. There's 4gb virtual ram added in memory. I hope I have explained this properly. I got it on s10 plus last month. Anything else I will post.
