james, 17 Nov 2015ive never seen a perfect phone for almost 6 years now. Abs... more64 or 128GB? Duh. It only comes out with 32GB version everywhere, except South Korea, US and "special" pre-order that cost over $1000 for 64GB version.

I would think the iPhone is even MORE useful with their 128GB versions.

i went back to note 4 (actually note edge). that bad
i'm used to having 2 extra batteries (one on external charger and one with me) cycle use
not a fan of worrying about a dying phone
the lack of external storage is frustrating (again) you're worried that you will run out of storage (especially when there is no 128gb)
the S pen software might be nicer but i didn't notice a big change on the performance, and i use a custom rom on my note edge with the note 5 apps (so nothing to be missed)
bottom line, i dislike the new upgrade if you can even call it an upgrade.
i miss the great camera on note 5 though

ive never seen a perfect phone for almost 6 years now. Absolutely note 5 is the best phone in the market as long as you go with 128 or 64Gb storage. Note 5,s6 edge+ and xperia z5. This handsets are the best. forget about iphone its dumb and a waste of money.

For those who used Note 4 then shifted to Note 5:
        - what about the battery life comparing to Note 4 ?
        - the interface
        - s-pen functions

As a heavy user, I like a phone with card slot and removable battery, so Samsung Galaxy Note 5 isn't my selection.

N5 is a failure, with it's price. Now guys want innovative and cheap prices. Its ram being 4 gb is symbolic only. Window 10 still has 2 gb but more responsive. No use of fixed storage to 32 gb.

Yes, even i have done that once same thing happened ,it just did not work!
But u cud try to search for newer Portable Hdd's which cud work ,but i guess even they wont work as normal cause they draw lots of power to work properly but u cud try to search the ones which has the option to take the portable external power source like from some kind of adapter or from powerbank to work for powering it and for data tranfer needs.

Another cheap and Easy solution is to get the good quality wifi router with USB port support for data transfers and then u cud attach ur portable hardisk to the router and the router will power the hardisk and also show the same in ur file explorer on ur smartphone .
& The BEST PART is that u wud not need to keep ur PC or Laptop running all the time to tranfer or recieve data.

All the data tranfers wirelessly over wifi with awesome speeds.& U cud get storage of like 1 tb 2tb etc

                                Best of luck.

Anonymous, 17 Nov 2015But in note 3 segate is supported then why not on note 5???So u r saying that the note3 powers that segate HDD without any external power source to use it as a data transfer device?
                                  Plz confirm.

If you can't get idioms exactly, they come out pretty funny. This is next to your "roaming around the bush". Just couldn't resist.

Anyway, doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the Note.5 lacks features, and has a major flaw from previous generations.
