Look at the non-Samsung user reviewers who make videos about how "great" the build is, yet complain about how much fingerprints get on the back glass, and how slippery it is. It's BS!

Let's just be honest about it and say how horrible and useless the glass back is. These reviewers don't actually use the Galaxy Note as a tool. Not one can confess doing really good art, or users it for jotting down things daily. Not one. All they do is scribble stuff and can review it as a useful tool as I've experienced with it, to produce fine work on the go.

I haven't even heard any of these reviewers contest about the inefficiency and backward thinking are wireless chargers, and sealed batteries. They can only praise about how fast charging is so convenient, but never mention how it's going to ruin the battery faster. It's a distorted view about the market of these smartphones and the mass of people don't know better.

They've even facilitated damage control for the flawed S Pen silo storage, by telling people not to do it... Let's tell it as it is - Samsung f***ed it up. No more icing to that fact.

I just hope this just one giant experiment to make people miss the removable battery, and memory expansion. Otherwise, Samsung need not bother selling high-end overpriced smartphones that are perceived to be lesser than pervious models.

Best and worldclass phone. There is no one point against this statement. Only thing i dont like ( not hate) is (not micro sd and removable battery as u guessed), it is the silver color side metal around the black phone( i hv the black one), it sud have been made a black ascent metal. Silver reflection makes it feel like a J series or E series phone sometimes. Another thing, supplied quick charger takes Only 85 to 90 min for a full charge which is exciting, but phone gets terribly hot, i mean it, raising concern of shortening life( of phone). Using a ordinary charger takes around 3 to 4 hrs but its very cool (phone, as well as your life)

Regarding the quality, of touch, display, perfermance, camera they are just mindblowing
Lastly the back is made of glass so, case is a MUST

TheNeighbor, 21 Oct 2015And don't i see the logic why Samsung is pushing for for se... moreLet me ask your this:

Remember the whole "Galaxy phones feel so cheap, we want quality phones, not plastic be a use it doesn't feel premium" users outcry we all heard from last generation?

I'm kinda wondering if that wasn't a paid conspiracy to push the Galaxy phones to what they are today. Notice - No more "we need a premium phone?"

That was the case back then. That's all I read was we needed a more premium phone.

What's so premium about THIS phone? You can't drop it. It's slippery. It's an old iPhone replicate.

Seems to me it was all pushed to force us to a certain median that all phones will be soon.

Some other part are very far from being developed. You guys really need radio. Don't your country carrier activate the radio function? The hardware chip is always there.

Why are people like you insistent with iPhone-sealed-battery status quo is the best? Being a renter of a shiny accessory to show off that has an expiry date with that sealed battery, rather than something you can own for years more? Paying extra things like cloud because of the miniscule amount of onboard storage, or have to endure carrying an extra accessory for memory expansion? Or endure carrying extra weight for powerbank, or having to go looking for outlets to plug in while you're out of the house?

Is this is the future you want? Devices you need to be extra careful because that glass back will break easy? Or you keep reminding anyone holding your device not to Pen the pen the wrong way because it can get stuck that way?

I still think non-remivable battery is the future we all can't avoid. We all can't possibly hold on to our Note 4 forever for tye sake of expandable storage and removable battery. Even for the last few months most of the new smarthone that are released have non-removable battery. Tye trend keen to go that way. Your wish for removable battery will never happen. Expandable memory may be inffered but that is all it will come to.

Okay, folks, here is the deal. The government of the USA is pushing for all enclosed phones so they can always track you, even if your phone is turned off they can turn it on remotely . If you ever travel to the USA, you will find out the police and customs can make you turn on the phone and check your media. If you do NOT want to be tracked EVER, buy a phone with removable battery and media. This way if you are ever some place where you don't want anyone to know all you do is pull the battery. I am buying the NOTE 4 exactly for those reasons. I wanted the S 6 but changed my mind when I found out they are like Apple now, NO removable battery or SD card. Samsung better watch out, they will lose lots of loyal customers.

Steve J, 22 Oct 2015Well, it looks like there is a dichotomy within the Samsung... moreDichotomy is correct. With the ushering of the S7 rumors, it is inclined that another sealed battery handheld device is inferred. We will know by January, and then we can all surmise that Samsung will never be going back with removable battery and memory expansion. What folly!

Simulated bejeweled thing over functionality. The LG V10 is mightily is tempting, even without the active digitizer pen. It even has an infrared remote blaster, removable battery, memory expansion and a military-graded drop durability because its back isn't glass.

Steve J, 22 Oct 2015Well, it looks like there is a dichotomy within the Samsung... moreYes, I fully agree Steve and I would not be surprised if this was their intention all along. I bought the Note 4 about 6 weeks go and not the Note 5 because I like the removable battery and expandable memory. Now my Note 4 is updated to Lollypop and running beautifully, as one would expect.

Well, it looks like there is a dichotomy within the Samsung Note customers. There are many who have clearly rejected the sealed battery with non - expandable memory option. The disappointment is palpable. One can feel the loud pulse of customers who see it as a betrayal in their trust and a resounding regressive move. Samsung opted for form over function and for the aficionados that is a slap in the face, a low blow, a kick in the teeth!

The solution for Samsung is to revert to the status quo ante and at least offer the next Note with expandable memory and a user - replaceable battery. They can simultaneously retain the fixed battery, non - external battery version; thereby offering two versions of the same phone.

Connection on the phone also depends on the network. If the area offers moderate reception then phone's signal will be affected. We should also bare in mind that it is not always a device issue cause it might be a network issue. The phone will work depending on how the owner use and handle it.
