Anyway there are YouTube videos of Note 8, S8+ and iPhone 7 Plus battery comparison and Note 8 seems to take the place for best battery performance.
It is just a search away, don't be lazy.

No Procreate app that only exist on iOS that can accommodate up to 4000+ x 16000+ pixels on the 12.9. No 10 hours of usage time per charge.

The iPad Pro never existed till 2 years ago, and the Apple Pencil has surpassed my expectations. The Note S Pen my drawing needs was fine, but now Apple has actually managed to impress me with their iPad Pros.

I've been using Galaxy Notes as just for thumbnails, and never can handle high resolutions of 8k. The Galaxy Note/S Pen series has suddenly become a less serious tool for drawing to me, even my biggest The competition has stepped up.

That's why I don't think $1000 tag price is justified. Yes, I can use it for jotting notes, but it's the same thing I can do with my Note 3 with a Note7 S Pen with that fine accurate tip. Yes, fast and clear camera is something I've been since the Note7, but the J7 Pro has that for 1/3 the price. Zoom camera is something I don't think is important that I will ever use all the time.

This monster phone or King of phablets has only 3300mAh! This is like driving a Ferrari with motorcycle fuel tank...!
Unless you don’t mind carrying another Note 8 ( Spare battery) if not you are definitely getting a dead monster after late afternoon with this 6.3’ screen on 4G this sucker will not last you a day!

I played around with this again. The competition has tilt input on their tablet. I got spoiled with the iPad Pro after spending an hour drawing with the Pencil. A big difference even with my Wacom Pro digitizer tablet, which is what we have with the S Pen.

I was just only testing both iOS and Note8 with the same Sketchbook app. Yes, one is the best drawing tablet now, while Note8 is the best smartphone with a digitizer pen. That tilt input is a big deal, which Note8 lacks for drawing.

With the same price range, and 256 GB with the iPad Pro, I'm just waiting on the review for the Note8 battery performance to make a decision. I do want that f/1.7 camera on the Note8 which is the only thing that's making me hold on a bit.

AnonD-197784, 10 Sep 2017I think the price cut has started already! Not here in Dubai...it's still on pre-order and deliveries/purchase hasn't begun.
It will take the new iPhone to be launched in stores for that to happen, and even the V30 isn't here yet....may be end-Oct or Nov is a good time to seriously consider a purchase,so fingers crossed lol

Those Chinese Co.s make hardware with the current (at the time of release) Android version and leave you at the mercy of folks at MIUI, Android forum, etc to download different ROMs, deal with "rooting" your "flagship" device and all that stress to probably make you brick your device in the end.

You also have no idea the amount of malwares and phishing codes you download in the process to your unsecured device which exposes all your details and bank/credit card data on your phone to hackers and cybercriminals.

You can't compare those things to Samsung high end phones let alone a flagship like the Note 8.

One thing I know is; Cheap Always Ends Up Being Very Expensive.

You could get this... or a Mi Mix at half the price with 1100mah more juice, a closer to normal aspect ratio (smaller video black bars), a brighter screen without pentile matrix, smoother graphics thanks to 1080p and no touchwiz lagfest. Spend the remaining cash on a Sony Rx100 and you also dominate it in camera quality.
