Great device, great display, soc still powerful for a lot of things, camera still decent and the most important thing, it's still running perfect for almost 3 years, got it on september 2018 if i remember correctly. Battery has taken it's toll though after all those years, it's already require 2-3 charge a day for heavy usage.

Anonymous, 24 Jun 2021The mobile data option ain't available there That is one rare case. It's either your APN is not set, or you did not swiped from right to left during the quick panel edit that's why you can't find it. Unless your carrier removes it if your phone is network locked

Also, turn off auto app update on both playstore and samsung app store settings (big help in performance when working online). Uninstall bloatware updates and disable them to lessen consumption in both data and battery (google, google movie, google music, google photos, etc). Use the app sleep feature in device care>battery (save RAM space and lessen battery consumption). Uninstall apps that you don't need/use. Use wifi instead of data connection if you happen to have one (to avoid overheating and screen discoloration).

Rems, 12 Jun 2021Nah, already tried already one of the troubleshooting steps... moreSometimes it's just on the usb cable. Have you tried changing it? Use Data Cable, not the charging cable. Data cables are much reliable compared to charging cables that sometimes lack the fast charging capability. Or try cleaning the phone's charging port using dry cotton buds then blow air to it. Just turn the phone off when doing it and NEVER use a wet cotton to avoid damaging the phone. Just be extra careful as the terminal is just a small thin fragile portion

Abit of scratch on your phone bezel? Thats full price ur being charged for (about usd 200). Then you need to stand your ground and say that ur dissatisfied with the decision. Then Samsung will call you back and lower the price. I settled and got mine replaced for usd 65 few months back, and it includes battery replacement. Its almost 3 year old and still kickin, i have no complaint.

i learnt mine the hard way after updating my samsung galaxy s9 plus & it discolored.
since then i swore never to updates any of my future Samsung phones.
I'm currently using a note 9 without updating it, & i'm enjoying the phone as it is.
