Been using phone for long now, cz i saw no reason for upgrade as phone is still amazing to use. That was until now I'm not sure if it was an update but the screen fades sometimes and the colors aren't as poppy as b4. Not sure if this is fixable! Or its a real cause for concern. Please help if this is fixable.

Great phone overall. Still has all features required in 2023 to even compete with other latest mid range smartphones. Still has battery issues whereby it still doesn't last long

The seller should've stated it was rooted, if not IMO you were misold.
I hope you bought it from a reputable source, large company like Ebay, amazon etc., if so notify them for help for a refund.
Also if you paid by credit card you also get consumer protection, contact them.

I have bought two Note 9 used.
One bought in 2022 and in 1 year, it has the dreaded green screen.
The other Note 9 Dual Sim 512GB, is stuck in a boot loop after a Samsung Software update.
Samsung quality has gone downhill.

Asif, 15 Mar 2023How i can upgrade note 9 in 13 or 14 android I've continued to be happy with my Note9 which is working like day 1 & haven't felt the need to root & install a custom rom, however if you wanted to know more I'd definitely go to a trusted source & if you do anything, know what your doing!:
