I absolutely love this phone. It is robust, fast, amazing battery life, the graphics are awesome for gaming.
When it comes to Samsung phones, you have to give it regular basic maintenance. all phones will slowly have issues if you don't know how to clean it up and tweak it. Ill give you a few tricks;
- the obvious if your phonies acting crazy, "factory reset" but tis will delete all your stuff so only do this if its just out of whack.
- Wipe the cache partition. This is quite important when you get a used phone or after a major update ( like a jump in the OS...ex. (5.0 to 6.0)
- clean your cached data
- turn off or uninstall all bloatware ( preinstalled apps like My Verizon or my att) they slow down your phone and drain your battery)
- change the animation speed in the windows. ( found in developer options)
these are a few examples, you can learn them by watching youtube videos.

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2016I doubt cause note 3 is still on 5.0 today not even 5.1 or 6.0 Note 4 marshmallow in nigeria power botton not working fingerprint not working if the light goes off it we sleep expect I removed the battery and put it back pls some one should help me.

PLEASE HELP ME,I bought a 910F android 5.1.1, and it does't connect to the internet properly, it shows 4G even when "WCDMA only" is enabled, my sim is not 4G enabled atleast sim supports only 3G, but it just shows 4G in the notification panel but the connection speed is slower than my 3G enabled nokia c6-01... it's either 4G or nothing, but in status menu in about device, it shows signal type as UMTS (which is 3G I suppose)... please help me, is this a hardware or a software issue? I tried factory wipe data reset but didn't help...... PLEASE HELP

dont worry! is more as a phone not forget 4x2,7 Gb processor+3Gb RAM
can change battery+add 128Gb a micro sd class u3 it means 4k. than forget pictures make movies !
