Hi Folks,
People who have issues after installing Marshmallow, Follow the steps below.
1. Backup Your phone.
2. Enter into Recovery Mode, Wipe the cache first and then click Factory reset in the recovery mode itself.
3. Go to Sammobile, Download the latest firmware with May security update.
4. Enter into Download Mode, Flash the downloaded firmware via ODIN tool
5. Restart the phone and restore the backup.
You could notice that the phone is back to normal running in marshmallow without any issues.

Hi friends here just lonch idea 4g I tried myself only single show's 4g while enable my data but get 3g speed after having 4g data so please guys suguest me any different change or band settings something. ..thanks in advance

Is the marshmallow version you're running the Samsung version (TouchWiz, themes, etc) or is it the plain vanilla version like you'd get from Google? I'm very interested in the Samsung version!

AnonD-469901, 07 May 2016Seems like everyone is complaining about the new marshmallo... morePeople expect much more with every updates like more battery life, free ram, smooth performance etc...but nothing happens and start complaints. I am using this for more than one year and I think I am a heavy user with internet, download, listening music, watching movies etc... I am happy with its performance only problem is low volume (had note 2 and note 3) but which is rectified by root and replacement of mixer path xml file. I have updated to marshmallow , downloaded full rom from sammobile and flashed via odin did a factory reset and clear cache, and note 4 is much better now with battery life ,no heating, more free ram ( I have nearly 200 user apps installed) and butter smooth running. Now I am running stock rom without root but frozen some default apps which I don't use.
If someone wants to update go ahead, reset your phone, everything will be smooth ( notification panel will be there) if you are not happy with the latest version, you can simply downgrade the phone without any problems but remember you must flash the rom for your model number and country otherwise you may have lost the imei. After downgrade do a factory reset from recovery otherwise phone will not reboot

i am using Note 4 on lolipop 5.1.1
i fully charged at 10:15 a.m
and internet off till 13:15 (1:15 p.m) battery was 89%
till 17:00 (5:00 p.m) i turned ON internet not heavy use and battery was 53% and i turned off net
i turned On net at 20:30 (8:30 p.m) not heavy use till 21:30 its 20%
acording to my usage is it normal battery life?
and according to your opinion how much battery life after fully charged with Net usage
m not gamer
just internet and some times Music (Audio)

Samsung galaxy note 4 has gone bad after marshmallow update, it restarts regularly even when its on your pocket or on the table. I think it's because of the way it recognises SD card as portable storage. That's a new thing for Android, before that, it was either internal storage or external storage, now with this new arrangement in samsung twicked marshmallow any SD card is seen as usb storage and hence it loses connection from time to time and Note 4 restart, and then you have to put pin number to open your phone. It takes long time to restart and consume lot of battery with every start. We need a fix from Samsung.
Secondly now battery consumption is very fast in basic apps, like listening music, watching videos or using flipboard. Battery life has gone 25% down even from half baked 5.0.1 which itself shows samsung tactics when supporting a year older flagship smartphones like Note series and Sseries. I am very disappointed from samsung.

Guys, im have a problem with my galaxy note 4 which is, it restart itself sometimes. I dont understand why its happening. More than 13gb is free and im not a huge game player only coc and candy crush and no unwanted application...plzz tell any solution

Still haven't received the Marshmallow update for my Note 4 (N910F) UK Model. I'm still on 5.1.1 with 2nd April 2016 Android security patch level.

Apart from some icon changes. I haven't noticed a single change on marshmallow. I don't game though, just use as a business tool.

hi007, 03 May 2016Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will be getting a 4500mAh battery!non-removeable though. I'd rather have a smaller one I can remove.
