I need help, I'm planning of getting a new device between the Note 4 or the G4. I'm really not a heavy user, a little internet browsing, listening to music, watching video, and casual playing of Tapped Out.

Hi guys, love the phone but im getting some issues with the phone, and the phone is brand new, i already got quite a few system crashs, and video playing gets frozen when u go on full screen, anyone having this issue ? should i contact the seller and tell device not working properlly ?

Im the 2309th fan of this phone.. wew.. The best mobile yet as of this year for android.. no heat issues, 97% no lags, camera is perfect, battery and design are superb.. and upgradable to Marshmallow.. Qualfon Employee here..

I cant connec... moreI am Canadian with an unlocked Samsung s5 with a US AT&T card and for the longest I was stuck on 3G and could never get on LTE (4G) either in Canada or in the States. I even went to an AT&T store in Buffalo and the guys there told me that because I had an out of market phone and unlocked device that I could NOT get access to LTE... I did not accept this answer and was able to finally find a solution. There is a setting on the phone to choose the antenna and mine was set by default at 3G. I do not know if it will work for you but try to go on your phone dialer and enter *#2263# and it should open a menu for ServiceMode. you might be stuck on WCDMA/GSM mode only. Choose "automatic mode" then menu options and select END to go back to dialer. Your cell connection should reset and you should be able to get LTE. That did the trick for me. I hope it works for you, or at least that I give you a hint of what to look for. Good luck.
