Hi did you made hard rest before you proceed to update on 5.1.1 version.. coz ive experienced my self that my device restart by itself.. but its very rare ;/ im curious

Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Good hardware with worst software.
Samsung fools totally failed to customise android on note 4 which has 3GB RAM - it is more than enough for a mobile phone. But system occupies 2.20GB RAM. The remaining RAM is used. So can we except this wonderful snapdragon 805 hardware to be fast? Previously i used LG mobile which has 2 GB of RAM. system uses only 400MB of RAM. so i had never slowed down or had a hang issues. But these samsung fools should correct it and release future updates. But they are busy in upgrading hardware and not so keen on software update.

I see GSMArean has update it to upgradable to 5.1.1 but did Indian(N910G) version get the updates for 5.1.1 ???

It's been 15 days I am using Note4. I am quite impressed with this. It feels nice to hold it especially with metal framework. Camera is awesome. Upgrading from note 3 it's a mixed bag feeling as I still have my Note 3 in the family. But when I look at the QHD display, camera quality and it's solid build quality, I just admire Note4! One thing stopped from upgrading to note 5 was no expandable memory option. So I indeed got best of Sammy!

If you upgrade to lollipop 5.0.1 from KitKat, you can always revert back to Kitkat without rooting your device. Meaning without tripping the knox counter. Google hot to revert to Kitkat from Lollipop.
If you're on KitKat don't upgrade to lollipop its is more of a security fix then eye candy.
You can fix most lag by unchecking Flipboard briefing in Home screen settings. Also, if you don't use S voice much you can uncheck Open via home key in the S voice setting.
