Hi.I am using SM N910G .
I got the latest software update after which my phone capacitive touch buttons not working
(but they are responding through s-pen touch.I have tried these things,but still no change.
1.I changed sensitivity settings back to original.touch key lights to always ON.
but no change.
2.tried *#2663#. updated firmware and things,but still no change.
3.factory reset through Volume up+power key.
still no change.
just running my phone using floating icons (side key panel) which come by default.
Tell me friends,
how can i get back my touch key buttons to normal stage

I'm using note 4... well was it randomly out of nowhere stopped connecting to a network so no longer works as a phone still connects to a WiFi network and apps all still work as normal ? HELP???
Ps. Phone was a gift, have checked imei it's not blocked

Im using Note4 from Jan16 its worked good but now last 15days my phone automatically switch off at 25% battery and not Charging after 80% and I removed my battery once its charged to 100%. After battery drained I put in charge problem continues its slow after 70% and not exceeds 85%

Sopr4no, 12 Jul 2017My phone shut down at 30% of battery and is slow to take ch... moreyou need to replace your battery and charger. the reason why it shuts down on 30% is because your battery is weak. the reason it's slow in charging is because of your charger and/or charger cable. you need to replace them. it'll be back to normal.

Neutral Opinion, 11 Jul 2017I'll be honest to you as a Note 4 user, in 2017 Note 4 are ... moreIt is better to install custom Rom (If you are confident) once warranty is over. you can skip all bloatware and custom Rom is faster then Samsung Touchwiz.

GN4 (2014), 12 Jul 2017Device Running Great In Almost Everything, But The Heat Whi... moreKeep your phone above a small piece of metal object or on top of a stapler pin (spare) box so that there is gap between the bottom and the surface on which the phone is placed. Do not keep it on bed or on woodden table as such. It will lead to heating of battery. No company can do anything about this. So using carefully depends on you.
