After 16 month my note started getting problems. .lot of heating, lagging, freezing and rebooting. ..went to service center, they said can not update or install fresh os via computer that means it is motherboard or hardware issue...plus battery too..it will cost approx 8-9k.. please suggest what to do..i didn't submit the mobile because i don't think that service worth rs 9k is a good choice

People o who bought this phone usually have a lot of complains. They say the phone has many issues and problems like the power draining and etc. So i am still not sure if i should really buy it or not.
I just want the best phone in the market with removable battery. I just don't know what it is...

Do not buy J7 prime as suggested by a person below this comment. J7 prime has PLS TFT display which sucks. Better buy Samsung S7 edge or S8+ if you have money. Do not buy any phone with PLS TFT or IPS LCD display. They suck. Buy any good phone that has super AMOLED display.

My advise, get other newer 2017 smartphone instead even it's Galaxy A7 (2017) or Galaxy J7 Prime. You will thank me later and you're welcome. God bless you

Hello,
i have a 910f ,yesterday it went black,no signs of life,my pc doesnt recognize it,doesnt charge,already tried holding the power button 1-2-3-4-5 minutes while the battery was out,any other things i could try to resurrect it?i would appreciate any help,thank you

Yesterday i received an notification for update i read it was written it will optimise the battery but it totally fu**ed the battery life of my phone.😠😠😠
