i have updated my note 4 duos ( china made) to lolipop 5.1.1 . i use a network in romania- (europe) , i have received invitation for upgrade in my mobile. after this, via mobile date, not wi-fi, bluetooth ( softly i suppose) do not work more. when i make on the "button" for b-tooth, i have in pop screen "bluethoot was stop" , and this mess. come more, and more , until i make reset of mobile.
teleph. is in guaranty periode, but i hope to solve this no by this way because i need to use my tel and service is in another town.
how can i to restore first soft version from factory ? i have bought my tel. in nov 2015 . or maybe exist a correction for lolipop 5.1.1.
because my tel was made for asia markets, samsung store in bucharest - romania do not want to check to solve my probleme. please make public my probleme ( samsung . com, etc.), maybe exist a chance to solve . Model N9100 , dual sim ( DUOS)

I find two problems
1. Accessing SD card is a maverick task ... it takes at least half an hour
2. Sending SMS always crashes

Hi There,
I just got on ebay. It probably came all the way from China or Korea. My 4G Sim Card from O2 which was working on other Note 4 was/is working just fine.
As stick it in Duos only 3g picking up.
Is it to do with UK or phone settings?
All setting are ok in setting menu though.
Shall I return it as faulty?

I noted a problem in the dual sim device. The speaker is not as loud as the regular note 4 (i made a comparison). I also made a comparison with my old Note 3 device which also showed a significant deference ( my note 3 has a much louder and more clear speaker). Is this expected or i have to get it back to the seller?

See as for Note 5 Duos is concerned it gets regular update even December updates. But No Update for Note 4 Duos. This is certainly ridiculous... Folks go with some other Brand... Note 4 Duos is not a good choice not even a simple choice...

Samsung is not ready taken care of its Note 4 Duos customers... I don't know why..? almost all people have the same problem... Heating issues, Battery drain and Update... Please suggest people to go with some other branded mobiles having dual sim. I have already started doing so.... Only reason is poor service from samsung. Please do not take this into serious, because you may be a lover of SAMSUNG.. but Complaint is true....
