What a great Poor service offered by Samsung for its Note 4 duos customers. See even Samsung A5 models get android 5.1.1 in almost all countries, but Not in Samsung Galaxy Note 4 duos devices. Why Samsung Why...? See My Note 4 has lots and lots of bugs now a days but Samsung don't want update its Note 4 Duos..

Since August 2015, There is no update for Note 4 Duos in Hong kong. Do you think that is over for Note 4 Duos in Hong Kong or users of all in the world.. There are SO SO many bugs... Plz give us an update covering at-least minor bugs... Samsung Please do something for its customers.... On the other hand Chinese version gets frequent update... Why there is such partiality among users of Note 4....

Samsung Note 4 DUOS (SM-N9100) is the worst mobile ever, i had hardware failures, and a lot of hardware issues since day one. Warning: DO NOT BUY SM-N9100

KLSR, 26 Nov 2015First you check your mobile which country's variant it is.C... morewell i have done that my mobile is made in vietnam i have flashed it with hongkong flash updated to lollypop every thing worked fine but no s pen detection so i downgraded again to kitkat then every thing worked fine again and samsing gave updates but when i installed the updates same issue error cam when fone restarts but its working fine with kit kat but i wana upgrade to lollypop is there any sol of s pen detection

I am using note 4 910A (AT&T )..I want to remove AT& T features from my mobile and also At & T logo ...Is it possible. .if possible then plz tell me....and second thing is that ,to start data connection we have to go to settings ,then data settings then mobile network.there is not any shortcut in notification panel plz tell me what to do for data shortcut. ..

Bluetooth and mobile hotspot connectivity issue in 4.4.
mobile hotspot and spen detection in 5.0.
Hardware is working fine.
Please let me know if there is any solution.

Nido007, 22 Nov 2015my note4 duos is not upgrading to lollypop it downloads the... moreFirst you check your mobile which country's variant it is.China or Hongkong.Then you try to flash the correct firmware.then it will update smoothly with out any errors.

Hi Everyone,
I need some clarification regarding Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Duos N9100 16GB HK Varient.
In android 4.4 version please confirm that the bluetooth and mobile hotspot connectivity is working good or not.
If you have upgraded to 5.0 then please confirm that the mobile hot spot connectivity and Spen detection is working good or not.
