    After updating the phones software the battery life of my phone had decreased to half of which it was used to be earlier.....
    Can anybody help me to solve tbis problem....

                You are getting that message because it can be updated only via KIES.

                But if you give it in samsung service centre, they will do factory reset and then update before giving the device back to us.
                In this way KIES is better.

                    What was the size of the update my phone is showing maximum number of roll out updates have been reached try later or update using kies. But as you all know kies sucks. SO i am awaiting my OTA update may be i will get the same some time tomorrow.

                      To anyone :

                      Do you know about the maximum EDGE and maximum GPRS speed supported by this phone (N7100)?. It is just mentioned 'Yes'. What does it mean?.

                            Samsung and their fans just make noice about updates while in the real sense all those frequent updates are just to fix bugs. I think i will be sticking with LG as they provide more stable phones with less updates.

                              AnonD-217264, 11 Feb 2014:-)I have tried updating from my friend's broadband connection. Sick. The same 4.3 and no physical changes. All apps seems to be opening and closing fast and the menu navigation is appearing to be a bit fast. No other changes. Foolish samsung. I thought it was 4.4.2.

                                    I need help guys. I usually allow my battery to become dead flat before I charge. But sometimes when I do that and plug the charger in with the phone off, it shows a battery level almost half full. Do I change the battery or charger or both ???
