symbians supports every functionality u knw fm transmitter usb on the go true true multitasking I have even used 20 apps open at a time with 256 ram that's the best optimization I have seen on any mob os
every after heavy use always connected to push mail using whats app etc etc my battery last longs upto 1.5 days never worried about carrying chargers or extra battery with me Symbian is great no os can match this os Symbian is gud for everything basic mails social gaming but sad elop stopped developing symb

      guri bains, 07 Jan 2014Symbian is way efficient than any os in whole universe Sym... moreIt is atleast better than having no better hd games at all... btw note2 and note3 is not just a better gaming devices but they r much more than that .2gb on note2 and 3gb Ram on note3 Is really helpfull for mutitasking ...like split screen, mutiple apps opened at the same time etc even lg copied the idea and named it diffrently and gave it on there flagship phones if u go through the lg ui u wud find there r lots of touchwiz features they have copied from samsung and yes playing hd games a lot has to pay its price through slightly high battery drain ..which according to me is fair.cause i play only 1 to 2 hours max a day and i can still spend the entire day with normal usage like browsing, BT music streaming etc without charging the phone

        Update is not always Good , before note II i had Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S , Last Phone from Sony Ericsson
        No doubt Arc S was Great handset in terms of Camera , Looks , design and Display.
        Originally Arc S has Gingerbread 2.3 ,Sony Roll out ICS 4.0.4 update for Arc S , that was the worst update from Sony.I Updated my arc S to ICS and experienced too much Lag.Although Arc S has 512MB (330MB user Accessible), but that update was not a stable release from Sony .One more thing , i used almost 15 Roms on My Arc S :D because i rooted my arc S & Unlocked its boot loader. ICS is not a Good Android Version , i have almost 10 Android Smartphones ,IMO JB & GB are the best. Note II is high end Smartphone .Having Quadcore 1.6GHZ Processor with 2GB Ram , so i hope Kitkat will work well on Note II !

          Jelly Bean 4.3 for Note II is very Good Update .improved graphics , new software features etc
          Furthermore , i read on internet , video playback in kitkat is not Good Like Jelly bean ..
          So wait , Samsung will roll out stable kitkat Update for Note III , Note II , S3 and S4 !

It is very simple and yes efficient ! before note2 I have used symbian phones, all good but they used to hang, ram problems ! sometimes hanging gets worst and u have u remove battery n put it again n restart ! I remember if a single app crashes on symbian, it turns into crashing of whole system ! I have last symbian device nokia 808 ! Its great it has 41 mp cam just brilliant but it also hangs when I take too many pics in 38mp full resolution ! I wish it was dual core but I guess symbian doesn't support more than single cores and higher/hd resolution displays ! symbian is not competitive os anymore thats y nokia using MS ditched symbian ! There was no competition for symbian in past, it had it's glorious days but not now !
              about Android, it has everything what it needs ! u won't face problems if u know how to use it !
              nobody is denying that symbian was a great os but now it is gone !

I carry my note2 in waterproof pouch ! I put it in my pockets other than jeans bcoz it doesn't feet or too fit in the jeans pockets !
                  I m not complaining like u all the time and about sensible thing, yes buy those 2 cheap phones for yourself, better than ur chinese replica of note2 !

                    Symbian is only os which operates on 126 ram puts shame to 3 gb ram on note 3 gimmicks
                    Symbian runs on 680mhz lolz where droids on quad core 2.2ghz n still hangs I saw lots of ppl r just happy coz note3 has 3 gb ram how funny it is hahaha
                    wats the use of so much ram cores when u cant play hd games on travel or u have to carry 4 batteries to use ur fones driods r gud but only when ur at home near chargers excepts that they r gud only for 3 hours coz after that they shut down coz of ur gud high ram and quad cores lolzzz

                        U sure have a diffrent type of note2 with less battery life thats why u r the only one with 1.2 gb update...just wait for few days u might get 10 gb of update.lol .

                        ..btw symbian was never a capable OS compaired to android thats why android is there where it is today.

                        and guys
                        note2 is one of the perfect divces ever made even note3 cannot beat this beast in terms of battery life...cause note3 has full hd screen a very powerfull chipset and gpu and other sensors on only 3200 mah battery.

                        not that i am saying that note3 is not good.its just that it has a less powered battery...it sud have been atleast 3500 mah.i am ok with a little more bulk and weight.but maybe i am talking abt note4...

                        note 2 with its 3100 mah had to spend less power on hd screen quad core cpu and gpu and still i did not came across anything which it refused to play...so its just awesome ...its a real life companion
